Wow! Perfection! We stayed at the Grandview with 2 families and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The condo was updated, clean, beautiful, peaceful, quiet and perfectly located. The proximity to the beach was so nice - and the views were incredible! The pool was clean and convenient. There were a few places to eat a short walk away, and many more restaurants and shops (and a large grocery store) a short drive away. Couldn’t beat the location. The owner and property manager were wonderful.

Fantastic condo with everything you need to enjoy your stay.Jing was very responsive with all communication and assisted us throughout the week. The condo was just as described and was a great space for 6 adults to comfortably enjoy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, baking, blending drinks with the Ninja blender and included a dual drip/pod coffee machine. In addition to quick beach access we also enjoyed having several bikes, paddle boards, a kayak and other beach/pool toys for our convenience. The property is quiet, well kept and there are plenty of covered lounge chairs at the beach no matter what time we went.The location can't be beat with the grocery store and many restaurants and shops within 5-15 minutes walking distance.We highly recommend.

Great Christmas week for a family of 5. Right on Grace Bay. Grilled on Christmas Day. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Short walk to shopping. Bikes are provided, which was nice. Jing, the house manager, was awesome. She organized our car rental for us and helped us with any questions we had.

Overall, this condo was the perfect setup for traveling with adult children and their significant others. Plenty of space and privacy. The location on Grace Bay cannot be beat. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is the place to be for relaxation in the beach. Food was excellent in every restaurant that we attended. Caroline was an excellent host and her staffing superb. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying at this property for our family vacation. Unit was beautiful and clean. Pool was well maintained and beach was beautiful with plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas. Caroline was a wonderful host and when an issue came up during our stay, she handled it quickly for us. Highly recommend this property.
