Stay in the heart of Downtown ATLANTA on Piedmont Ave. Our cozy condo in the historic Landmark Building has an 8th floor view. The Landmark is a 21-story high-rise condominium that is older but well-maintained. Our King Bedroom renovated unit has secure 24/7 concierge & assigned free parking.

Located minutes from the hotel district, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GA Aquarium, King Center, World of Coke, Ponce City Market, GA Tech, Piedmont Park, BeltLine, shops, dining & 2 blocks from MARTA rail.

AMENITIES: Wifi, TV, seasonal pool, Queen sofa bed, full kitchen, Keurig, fridge w icemaker, gym, coin laundry area in Building, work space, remote entry.

The Landmark is an older but well-maintained high rise. The HEAT and A/C are controlled by the building. There is no thermostat in the unit. We have 2 portable dual heating/ cooling units which can heat and cool the condo very comfortably. Additionally, we have a portable A/C unit to cool the unit to your desired temperature.

Weekend Stay

Cid’s property was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. The free parking spot was easy to find and gave us peace of mind. Entering the building and the unit was easy and the location was just a short drive (4-5 min) from groceries, restaurants etc. The property is no frills but for my husband and I and our adult son, it beat the price of two hotel rooms or a hotel suite and gave us the privacy and comfort we all needed.

Really nice stay

My fiancĂ© and I stayed here as a little get away to celebrate our anniversary. We had a nice time and the place was clean. The owner was very responsive and extremely polite. The only thing I wish I would’ve known in advance is that the building controls the a/c and heat since it’s a historic building. So the place was a little warmer than we would’ve liked, but the owner does provide tower fans that help a little.

...part of a Birthday present to myself!

Arrived after dark wirh Unit #, parking slot # and code to get in unit. No load/unload zone; sign at front of building says "no parkling/car will be towed". Concierge asked if I had Reserved a spot to park; advised I had a spot, #19 and asked if he could tell me where it was. He was most unhelpful--stated he worked for the Property Management Company and the Host would need to communicate with me about that. I went out to try and find ot in the dark. came back in; he gave me a 10- hour pass to park in Reserved Area. Once I got my stuff upstairs and read the Rental Unit Book, I found spot #19---went diwn and out to move my car at 1 a.m.!! Three elevators; extremely clean; 8th floor with large windows in living room and bedroom with view of the city! nounload/load zone

Host was super accommodating. I really appreciate that in this day and age. The building is old but fans were provided to help keep things cool. It is about a 25 minute walk to the World Congress Center, which for us was fine and worth it for a reasonably priced place to stay with parking. I would definitely book again!
