The house was exceptional, featuring clean rooms and full access to the entire property, including the backyard BBQ area. A shopping center was conveniently located less than a mile away. The location also made it easy to access the freeway. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Denver.

We stayed just for two nights. It was ok clean in the house when we got there. The backyard does not look like the pictures it was a mess, there was a pile of charcoal by the back door and weeds that has not been taken care on in a while. The garage was not sparkling clean which no big deal but again not like the picture. The basement had no egress windows in which to get out of in case of emergency. Also the washer and dryer have been removed it is just an empty closet. The basement bathroom the vanity door to the bottom was ripped off and not replaced. The hot water in one of the sinks in the bathroom did not turn on, the handle just spin around. The carpet was coming apart at the hallway seams. Also the coffee pot did not work so we had to door dash coffee as we had no car. All in all for what we paid it was not the house as the pictures are shown in the listing. It is just tired and needs a bit of love put back into it. I am sure it can be restored to what the pictures look like on the listing. But when we were there it did not match.

Rating: (3/5)This house has a lot of rooms and great community space, which is nice for bigger groups. That said, it didn’t feel very homey or inviting. We had to buy our own towels, there were no hangers, and it wasn’t stocked with basics. One bedroom was tiny and had nothing but a huge bed — no nightstands, shelves, or space for luggage.It’s not the most comfortable option for a mom bringing her family, but if you just need a place to sleep, it works. The house has potential, but I wouldn’t stay here again unless improvements are made.

Comfortable and spacious

This house accommodated our family of 7 adults and 2 kids with plenty of space. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living spaces worked well for us, the showers offered good, hot pressure, and the location was ideal for the event in the Bonnie Brae area that brought us to Denver. (Floors on the entry level are very squeaky.) The host responded promptly to every inquiry. We are very satisfied with our stay!

Great place to gather up our people

We had a group getting ready to go to the mountains for the week. We had people flying in Friday night and Saturday am. We had lots of restaurant choices in the area and a nice morning while we waited on flights.

Perfect Overnight Getaway

Our stay was amazing! We are local in the springs and wanted to explore some of the nightlife and restaurants without having to drive right back home. we were able to celebrate our good friends birthday as well. The house was a great location with plenty of space. The house and neighborhood was honestly so beautiful kindve felt like a hidden gem. I highly recommend using this house for your stay if you want a complete trip to denver. Jeff was also a great communicator and made the whole process super easy. We will be back!!
