This guesthouse is a great stay for a couple im a very convenient location. Just a walk to George Street and all of the historical attractions. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the AC was not working properly for my stay. Very humid in the room despite being cool outside.

We were in town for a wedding. Cute little place and as described. The sheets were a bit worn and pilling which would be my only suggestion is to update with a new set.

Perfect location to st George street... We walked everywhere! Not having to worry about parking or transportation was a huge plus. Lots of amazing food options nearby. The property itself is exactly what you need. Comfy bed, great bathroom setup, cute decor. The area is quiet considering how close it is to everything.

Exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and walkable to all attractions. If you are looking for a large space to spread out this probably isn’t for you, but if you’re looking for a quick long weekend getaway then this place is perfect.

Comfortable

The Cottage was exactly what I was looking for. It was very cozy, clean, bed was comfortable, all the amenities were perfect. Was walking distance to everything!!! Will stay here again.

Charming downtown cottage

I had a wonderful stay at this charming downtown cottage in St. Augustine! The location was perfect—just a short walk from great shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and ideal for a solo traveler. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the city. Highly recommend!

Perfect Place

This place was perfect for what I was looking for during my stay. Everything was within walking distance. Historic District and St. George St. we’re just a five minute walk. Very clean and would highly recommend.

Cute little cottage

The cottage was very cute and comfortable. It was very close to everything and a stop for the hop on hop off bus was just up the street. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short. I would recommend for a single or couple.

Just what we needed and perfect location!

My husband and I came to St. Augustine to see 3 nights of Widespread Panic and the location is perfect to walk to downtown and we walked the 3 miles to or from the amphitheater each day. It was essy to catch an uber when we didn't feel like walking. The place is a separate dwelling which makes it quiet and private. It is small but perfect for 2 people who are going to explore and eat out any way although it does have a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. Communication with the owners was easy and price was right. St. Augustine is so adorable with lots of great healthy restaurants and we went to Anastasia State Park where the beach was beautiful and quiet. We will be back!

Disappointed

The shower drain backed up during my wife's shower and flowed into the main room. By the time we realized it, there was water everywhere. I was able to remove the drain cover and clean out a catch basket that was full of yuk! We cleaned up the water with towels and wrung them out in the sink followed by call to the owner and a voicemail that was never returned.

Cute place close to downtown

Spent a weekend anniversary trip here, and it was just what we needed. It was very quiet (but during the Christmas holiday, so any college housing might have been empty). Comfortable bed, wonderful hot water supply, fairly easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and shopping, so we didn’t have to worry about fighting for parking in town since we could leave the car at the house. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
