This was a gem , we had a 2 night stay and this cottage was immaculate and updated , we had everything we needed , bed was very comfortable and the location was walkable to center of town , we never had to use our car while there. I would definitely recommend renting this cottage while your in St Augustine

A lovely cottage in a great location, a historically fascinating neighborhood with great walkability. The furnishings and equipment are excellent and comfortable, the area is very quiet, and Kelley was always quick to respond to questions. Excellent shower, comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment, and a lovely outdoor table that even on a January evening provided a great place to eat with guests.

This place was so wonderful. It was so clean. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. The location was perfect. Close to downtown and so many other activities. The host thought of every single convenience, including sound machines!! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the fact that the home came fully supplied with spices etc., paper prducts, cleaning supplies and even washing machine detergent. The finishes on the inside of the unit were first class. Very good quality cooking utensils ans plenty of kitchen tools etc. Also loved tge neighborhood. Owners checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well. Excellent service.

This was the best rental experience, by far. We had everything we could possibly need and everything was in pristine condition. The location was also fantastic - so close to shopping & restaurants. Overall a wonderful place and we definitely plan to come back!

Home away from home.

This house was amazing. The host were wonderful. Allowed us early check in which was great since we were traveling for awhile. Everything we needed was there. Super clean. Walking distance to historic St Augustine. Very short drive to beach. I can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Birthday/Easter weekend getaway

My family and I had the most perfect weekend in St. Augustine staying at this adorable cottage. We were able to walk to downtown in about 15-20 minutes. The full kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast one morning and we ate outside under the jasmine pergola. We cooked dinner another night, and enjoyed movie night with the kids on the spacious sectional couch. We would recommend this rental to friends and family!

Very nice place!

We were in town for a quick overnight to see the Christmas lights. A quick search turned up this gem, which was priced very moderately. The hosts were very responsive, and had great communication throughout the process. Instructions for access, check-in and check-out were very clear. They also sent a detailed list of nearby recommendations.The location was just a short walk through a quiet neighborhood to Old Town. The cottage itself was very clean and updated, with many thoughtful touches by the hosts. There was a peaceful screened-in porch on the back, and a lovely sprawling front yard compete with a lovely shaded seating area and a hammock.We hope to come back again for a longer stay, and can definitely recommend this property and the hosts.
