Bayside Cottage

Enjoy the tranquility of Clear Lake's Bayside area. This retreat offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, attached 2-car garage, open floor plan, & private rear yard. This makes an outstanding getaway with room for the whole family, plus extra parking for boats & lake toys.

Avoid crowds by walking to Bayside beach and relax in the sun with the whole family. Within 2 1/2 blocks you will find a boat launch, picnic area, beach, and dock. PM Park, with restaurant, Tiki Bar, beach, and park is just a little farther down the street. The Sweet Spot ice cream is across South Shore Drive.

A boat launch is 2 1/2 blocks at the Bayside beach. State Park is 1.3 miles. It is just off South Shore Drive and has a large park area and beach. City Beach and boat launch is downtown Clear Lake by City Park (2.2 miles). McIntosh State Park is 4.5 miles in Ventura.

Very nice unit on a quiet part of town. Easy to get to highway and to the Main Street strip to downtown, Vancouver. Inside, the unit was clean and very nice. Comfortable and warm. The SAUNA was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. I definitely will be back next time I visit.

Sweet Cottage! Myself and my service dog/companion enjoyed our stay. So nicely decorated and had everything I needed. As a former Property Host for 6 years, I enjoy seeing how others do things. I'm from Mason City originally and came to visit family and friends. This was perfect for us!

perfect place if you are traveling with boats

beautiful little place, perfect location. 3 of us stayed and we each had a boat. plenty of room to back the boats and trucks into driveway and charge them up over night. very homey and comfortable.

Loved the house and the location. Fishing trip with friends and the lake is a block away. House had everything you need, and was cozy and clean. Would love to stay here again.

The Bayside Cottage had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and nicely decorated, easy to get to, and close to Clear Lake and Mason City. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a family

We came to Clear Lake to do some ice fishing. It was very close to Farmers Beach, which was very helpful. The house was beautifully updated and had every amenity we needed. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would love to return in the summer to utilize the beautiful outdoor space!

Pleasant!

We stayed here in mid-October, so we missed the inevitable summer vacation crowds. The town and the lake were quiet and charming. The house was clean as a whistle and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped and fun to cook in; people can sit at the bar and chat while meals are being prepared. The deck off the living room and the nice patio behind the house offer outside gathering areas. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. My cousin and I — both in our 70s — loved this little getaway cottage!
