Venez profiter de notre maison de vacances récemment rénovée sur le côté sud de Clear Lake Iowa. Cette propriété dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 espaces de vie, salle à manger, cuisine bien équipée, mezzanine avec terrasse balcon Hawks-Nest. Les quartiers des capitaines ont un lit en mousse à mémoire de forme King et les quartiers de la sirène ont un lit en mousse à mémoire de forme IKEA. Les quartiers de l'équipage sont parfaits pour les enfants avec des lits superposés et gigogne. Le loft peut accueillir 4 personnes avec des lits Aero et un canapé.

La maison a 2 bains et un chauffe-eau continu pour beaucoup d'eau chaude.

Pour le divertissement, nous disposons de la télévision par câble, du Wi-Fi gratuit à la maison et d'un
Machine à arcade de table de cocktail de 60 jeux des années 1980 (Galaga, Pac-Man, Donkey-Kong, Space Invaders, Frogger, etc.). De nombreux jeux de société ou
détendez-vous avec un bon livre sur l'un des
trois ponts et regarder le monde passer.

Cement Parking disponible pour 4 voitures. C'est une rareté d'être si près du lac.

Nous avons un colley approximatif et ce type de chien perd beaucoup. Bien que nous fassions de notre mieux pour passer l'aspirateur sur les cheveux, il est impossible de tout obtenir. Les personnes souffrant d’allergies graves doivent nous contacter pour toute question.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great space for a family of six with plenty of room to sleep and multiple bathrooms. Also, lots of great activities to keep everyone busy and plenty of room to spread out. Nice view of the lake as well. We would definitely consider staying here again!

The host made everything easy and even offered us an earlier check-in and late check-out! The house is much larger than we expected and had everything we needed, plus fun add-ons like the classic video game console and other board games and puzzles.It was a lovely weekend in a warm and welcoming space :-)

The place was clean and host responded in an extremely timely manner.Plenty of towels/bedding if needed. Games and puzzles to do and 2 tables available. Beds were comfortable and nice quiet area. You could see the lake from the porch. Picture don't do it justice. Lots of things to do and locals are friendly. Would recommend for short or long stay. Home and area are family friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! Jeff was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our trip. Check-in was simple and hassle-free. The home was very clean, had plenty of room for everyone, and was stocked with great amenities, including lots of towels and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything about this stay was exactly as described in the listing except for the host; who was warm and welcoming and incredibly accommodating. The space was perfect for our family gathering. There were blankets and games galore. The space was inviting and clearly a families’ home in the sense of being cozy as well as having anything you might need. We agreed that if Jeff will have us back, this is definitely somewhere we want to come every year.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, and we really appreciated how welcoming and thoughtfully furnished the property was.The only thing we found ourselves missing was a microwave for quickly reheating leftovers or snacks. We very much enjoyed our stay at this Clear Lake property--it was just as advertised. Communication with the host (Jeff) was excellent and he replied promptly to our inquiries/questions. This property is located in quiet neighborhood close to the lake (literally a one minute walk). There are two (2) spacious gathering areas in the front and rear of the house with plenty of seating (with a nice lake view from the back of the house and the deck). The A/C in the house was excellent--and it was very hot outside during our stay. Overall: great place, we had a wonderful stay, and definitely would return.

This was a perfect pet-friendly stay in Clear Lake! The house is even more spacious than the photos show and feels like a vacation on the lake. The location is great for access to the downtown and the state park. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Getaway!

This was a great stay for our annual getaway to clear lake. The cabin was everything we needed it to be. The kids enjoyed the arcade and the loft, and the parents enjoyed the ability to find quiet spaces to read.

Came here with family. Love the ice cream place is walking distance and the house is within a couple of miles of multiple beaches and playgrounds. Thursday night on main was a nice bonus.

We live in Des Moines, Iowa on a permanent basis but love to be in Clear Lake as much as we can.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased this home as a family get away and vacation spot. Clear Lake is one of Iowa's Great Lakes and provides great recreation year round. The Surf Ballroom is of historic significance as well as it was where Buddy Holly had his last performance before his tragic plane accident. Clear Lake as a community does a great job of having activities planned for almost all weekends. Clear Lake has something to offer in all seasons. Winter is made for ice fishing and the Kite Festival. Spring brings early season walleye fishing and boating as well. We don't usually rent the home out in the summer but Clear Lake is magical in the summer and the 4th of July is a highlight that everyone should experience at least once. Fall is our favorite time as it is a little slower on the lake but still fantastic.

What we love about our home is the ability to have a large group of people yet be able to shut off portions of the house to cut down on noise or to varying sleeping habits. The four parking spots also is ideal for when we have multiple families staying with us. It truly is a "play" house built for fun.
