Newly remodeled 3bd/2bth, just a few blocks from the lake, 9 minute walk to the beach and downtown. Entire lower half of duplex with private entrance to master bedroom. Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request.

We loved our cottage! It had everything we needed plus was close to the beach. Six-year-old grandson had a ball, especially when we made s’mores at the fire pit. We would love to stay again.

Cottage Daze is as quant as the pictures. It is so clean and comfortable. The outside sitting areas are perfect for coffee in the morning or s'mores by the fire in the evening. A very convenient walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We will definitely rent this darling cottage in the future.

Very clean and comfortable

The property exceeded our expectations. It is really well maintained and clean. There were a lot of small touches we didn't expect, like firewood ready to use in the fire pit and toys to play with at the beach. Beau was very attentive and checked in with us proactively to make sure we were doing well. We would stay here again.

Very clean and nicely decorated

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property. It looked like the home had been recently remodeled, and we really enjoyed how it was decorated. Everything we needed was there for us and we will definitely come back again.

Larger than we thought it would be. Linens were top quality. Wished we were staying longer, just were there overnight!

Great stay!

The property was conveniently located in walking distance of downtown and had a nice outdoor area with shade and a fire pit. I was impressed with the cleanliness and I thought the property was nicer than the pictures even showed. Beau was very communicative and helpful.

Excellent location

This house was so perfect for us. We came to Clear Lake for the car cruise and car show. Location was perfect to walk downtown. We had one other couple with us and with each bedroom and bathrooms being on opposite ends of the house we slept great and did not bother each other. Lovely outdoor area! We would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

Well stocked with necessary items and plenty of towels. Really nice to supply little details to make it more convenient. Little fire pit was really great. Convenient to walk downtown or to the lake which we did every day. Description was exactly what it was and Beau was great with communication. We had no problems with anything there. Thanks!

Weekend with the Family

Pictures do not do this property justice. The sitting area outside was nice to sit and converse with family. A short walk from downtown/beach. Having 5 adults with two bathrooms was perfect!
