Communication from host started right at check-in and could have been sooner. Building pipes were broken upon arrival, resulting in no running water for first 3 hours. No Ice/Ice trays? Dirty. Switch plates missing. Dirty. Bed was comfortable and the shower head was outstanding. Price was reasonable, just could have been better with some effort.

Property was as advertised, and worked well for our needs. Building itself was older and under renovations, but everything was acceptable. Security and access controls were in place and functional, and a security attendant was at the desk full time for our stay. Over all the property was honestly represented and a good value.

Weekend in the ATL

Had a great time. Only thing is it was showing 3 bedrooms, but it was only two with a pull out in the living room. It still worked out just fine. The place is really conveniently located to everything. Over all loved it.

Free standing HVAC units in the rooms is very unsightly and uncomfortable. Moreover , they either didn’t work. Lights and fans also went on and off on their own.More difficult to accept is the fact that the host ghosted us. Zero communication!Would not recommend this place at all.

Aquarium Trip

The parking is underground, while the spot is cozy it’s not a penthouse. Could not use the single bedroom because the ceiling fan didn’t work, central air is not efficient for the entire place, portable a/c’s in the bedrooms are good for that room. The lights turning on/off randomly has not been fixed, was told it was renovated a week ago, not true. I regretted not doing further research into the amenities of the space.

Everything was good. Except the lights keep going on and off on its own. Only 1 remote controlled light and van 2 both bedrooms. Rug in living room needs to be changed out. One corner lifting up almost tripped.

Property was not clean, had mold on wall, paint pilling would not recommend on my worst enemy buildings was outdated and not kept up

Thank you for your review. I am surprised that u had this review . The building doesn’t have any molds .The black spot you saw was explained to you that it was smoke from a recent fire incident on the 1st floor ( early January) that came through the vent. U can google the address and the information of the fire incident will pop up! U wrote a bad review because you wanted to take advantage of the situation and we did not allow. U still stayed for a day. Other guest from other platforms have stayed there and were very happy. Our goal is to give our guest a memorable experience in their stay.

Disappointed

I waited a few days to post this review. I spoke with the owner and VRBO. We were greeted with caution tape and orange warning/safety sign. The desk clerk was wearing a dirty uniform shirt and patting her weave and ignored us a good 2 uncomfortable minutes. We were directed to the elevators- 1 of the 3 were working so checking in and out was a chore. Then we enter the unit, so disappointed. The walls were dirty with peeling paint in just about every room. Every picture frame was broken and old. The 3rd bedroom is a twin bed in a closet and the door doesn’t even open fully. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom leans so you are sleeping with your feet basically elevated. The bed in the master is so high at 5’5 I had to jump to get on the bed. The linens were hard and minimal. The shower head is great but if you turn on to capacity you will flood the entire bathroom! We found out there was a fire in the building a few months ago and this was not disclosed to us at rental time. Instead we are greeted with the caution tape and big humidifier fans on every floor.. the 2 nights we did stay there it was difficult to sleep, between the very strong smell of marijuana, heavy blowing fans and the lights in the unit that flicked on and off all night. We decided to leave early after seeing a roach in the bathroom and knowing it wasn’t suitable to host our family dinner there. I did reach out to host and he basically had a reason for the complaints and took no responsibility. Good luck
