Great Location.everything is walking distance away, few minutes walk to World of Coke, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial park. And MARTA station as well. Gr8 place to stay and safe for Families as well. Kate is an excellent Host, Everything was communicated beforehand with all the Instructions. The Condo is recently furnished, with all new appliances, and nicely stockedReserved open parking spot (No Attendant) was inclusive of the Booking. However if you need covered parking ( with Attendant) go for AAA parking which is adjacent.. Overall Great Stay .. Would Highly Recommend!!

Great location in ATL! Really close to CocaCola, Aquarium, Olympic Park, College football HOF, ect. Having a parking spot at the building was an awesome bonus - staff at the condo was very helpful and friendly as well.

Renter Beware

The information received from the host and the condition of the unit was not what we are use to with VRBO. The host must have several units in the building, the check-in information had different unit #s referenced . Thank you to the concierge for providing the correct unit #. Other renters were given our unit # and door code by the host so we had an unexpected surprise on day 2! The concierge warned us first thing that our car was not secure in the parking lot provided by the host so we ended up paying for garage parking. Unit does not have a pleasant smell and was poorly remodeled. There are paper towels stuffed in a hole in the front door to seal the hole. The double doors between the front room and master bedroom have clear glass in them with no curtains so there is no privacy in that room. We ended up leaving a day early. On a good note the concierges are great and the location is very convenient to the downtown attractions.

We stayed for the SkillsUSA competition, listing was as described. A few things wrong, the bathroom off the 2 bed room the top door hinge is broke so you have to lift it to close it also the shower in there doesn’t have a temperature control. I did bring my own detergent Incase we needed to wash clothes and I’m glad I did because I had to rewash the bedding due to stains, hair and crumbs still on one of the beds. Everything we needed to make meals was provided n made everything super easy! Also Walmart delivery was a God send!! Within walking distance of many attractions! Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and Kate was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely book again!
