LOCATION!! 2 BED/2 BATH (also a LOFT w/ seating area with lower ceiling). Just 8 min to downtown Breckenridge or Frisco, this cozy chalet is situated so spectacularly that you can ski at 5 world-class ski resorts, go out for a fancy dinner, & end it with stargazing during a quiet evening in. Access to the beautiful CO trail is 5 min away. Newly built in 2023: comfortable beds & a professionally designed space. The resort offers a lodge with 2 hot tubs, a pool, weight room, tennis, laundry, & game room!

The space
Cozy up in this gorgeous chalet with a larger space on one half for group gatherings and cooking, while the other half has 2 small en-suite bedrooms with queen sized beds and full bathrooms (one with a standing shower, other has a tub). There is a charming upstairs loft with lower ceilings and seating area.

There is also a large shed in the back available for storage.

We really enjoyed David’s place and the tiger run community. We’ve been to breck many times and have never noticed this great place.

Quick escape to the mountains

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. Our kids loved the tennis and basketball courts and wondering down to the stream for a little fishing. There are bike trails and hiking trails from the resort which we also enjoyed. The property was just like the description, very clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay here again.

Breckenridge getaway

The home was cozy and comfortable in a convenient location. Very quiet in the evenings and felt private even though the homes are close together. David, our host, was extremely responsive to our needs. The loft area provided extra sleeping space (all the beds were very comfortable), and the kitchen was well-stocked with an especially nice selection of teas.

Thankful for a nice place with our dog!

We were really glad to have David's place for our family of four and our German Shepherd. It's fantastic to be in a space that is so tastefully decorated and comfortable, with the amenities of Tiger Run and Frisco and Breck so close by. We made good use of the fireplace, reliable WiFi, and all the (new!) appliances. This is how a vacation rental should be!

Great location, nice that you can walk around in a gated community, nice amenities. House is as described, probably nicer than expected, lots of space, and all kitchen utilities/cooking supplies top of line. Great water pressure in showers. A bit close to neighbors, but really very quiet and everyone friendly. Quick trip to downtown Breckenridge.

Book It, Gorgeous Cabin!

AMAZING STAY. The area where the resort is located is spectacular. The mountain views are fantastic, and David, our host, was super responsive and did a detailed and very chic job on the cabin. Full kitchen, great living and dining areas, the mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. My friends and I stargazed at the fire pit every night before coming in to hang out on the large sectional in front of the fireplace. The chalet is very cozy with the bedrooms on the small side, but each person in our group of 5 felt like they had their own space and privacy thanks to having four bedrooms. Two are loft bedrooms, so the shorter folks got those, but they were very comfy. And the hot tubs in the clubhouse were a huge bonus. We’re definitely staying here again!

Loved our stay!

We loved this property; it was great for a low-key girls' getaway. We ended up just relaxing here both nights of our stay, as town was so busy; this place was clean and comfortable. We had an outdoor patio area that was relatively private even though there are other properties nearby; we enjoyed sitting by the fire and chatting. The rooms are SO clean; the beds are all comfortable with nice bedding, nice blackout curtains in the front room where I stayed. One gal gets cold easily, so she really appreciated having separate heat in each room. Appliances were great. We just can't say enough good about this place!! However, do note it is a few miles from Breckenridge, so not really close enough to walk. But we loved it. Thank you, David!

Cozy home away from home

My family and I (6 total) stayed 5 days for a ski vacation. The house was stylish and clean. It had all the essentials for cooking and making our stay confortable. The host went above and beyond with his communication. There were signs with helpful information and tips and a detailed house guide that had how to's for appliances in the house. The community pool and hot tub are walking distance to the house and the gym was small, but had the basics for getting in a workout. Additionally, our host David was kinds and communicated quickly and clearly making our experience pleasant. I would recommend this home to anyone looking in this area and I would stay again myself. Thanks David!

Loved it!!!!

This was a one of a kind CHARMING chalet in a stunning location just outside of Breckenridge’s downtown. From the front porch, we could see stunning views of mountains all around in every direction. Full kitchen, floor to ceiling fireplace, back patio with fire pit, grill, and a picnic table. The bedrooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable and it was so nice for our party of 4 to have 2 full bathrooms plus the 2 cute quarter baths up in the loft. Storage shed was provided and came in handy. And the clubhouse had great amenities like a large indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry, and even an arcade. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the host who is very responsive and an all-around good person. We are already planning to book this place for ski season.

NOT FOR 6 ADULTS. MISLEADING 4/4

I recently booked a stay at a property through Vrbo, and unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. First and foremost, the information provided about the accommodation was extremely misleading. The description claimed spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, but upon arrival, we discovered that the two bedrooms and baths upstairs were practically unusable due to ridiculously low ceilings. I'm talking less than three feet, maybe even less than four feet! It was not only inconvenient but also hazardous to navigate. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The sheets were visibly dirty and unkempt, which was a major turn-off. It's shocking and unacceptable to encounter dirty sheets when paying for accommodations through a reputable platform like Vrbo. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing and frustrating. I also feltThe misleading information and lack of cleanliness seriously impacted our stay, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against booking this property unless significant improvements are made.
