Guests can also enjoy the community amenities including seasonally heated pools, the fire pit, sand volleyball court, sport courts, and hammocks at The Gathering Place. Plus, take advantage of the beach walk to the famed 30A beaches.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While public transportation is limited in this area, ride-sharing services are readily available. The home's prime location in NatureWalk allows for easy access to many amenities by foot or bike, including WaterColor Crossing (Publix, dining, shopping). Seaside is just a 5-minute drive.

Please note if any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, pack n plays, and baby gear are available, these are provided as a complimentary amenity. LUXE 30A does not guarantee the inclusion or perfect working order of these items. They are not part of the rental agreement.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group. Street parking is not allowed.
