The first-floor king bedroom offers a private retreat, while the primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed. Upstairs, you'll find two more king bedrooms and a queen bedroom, all providing ample space for your group. The home includes three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, perfect for preparing delicious meals. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, air conditioning, internet access, and a TV for your entertainment. Relax and unwind on the patio or balcony, and take advantage of the community pool and beach access for endless fun.

Enjoy access to all areas of this beautiful home! You'll have private access to all four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and the comfortable living areas. Step outside onto the two covered patios/porches with seating. Guests can also enjoy the community amenities including seasonally heated pools, the fire pit, sand volleyball court, sport courts, and hammocks at The Gathering Place. Plus, take advantage of the beach walk to the famed 30A beaches.

Nestled in the heart of NatureWalk, this home offers unparalleled access to the best of Santa Rosa Beach. A short stroll or bike ride will take you to the pristine sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the 30A beaches via the private Lilly Lane beach walk. For dining and shopping, WaterColor Crossing is just a stone's throw away, offering a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and a convenient Publix grocery store (walking distance). Within NatureWalk itself, you'll find The Gathering Place, a hub of activity featuring pools, hot tubs, a fire pit, and hammocks. Explore the area's natural beauty with numerous nature trails, perfect for a leisurely walk or bike ride. Seaside, with its charming shops and renowned restaurants, is just a quick 5-minute drive away, making this location ideal for a memorable vacation.

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. While public transportation is limited in this area, ride-sharing services are readily available. The home's prime location in NatureWalk allows for easy access to many amenities by foot or bike, including WaterColor Crossing (Publix, dining, shopping). Seaside is just a 5-minute drive.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, with at least one guest aged 25+ for every three guests in the group. Street parking is not allowed.
