Welcome to your quiet retreat in the country with a private hot tub! This beautiful property is conveniently located near shopping, dining, and great Colorado recreation opportunities while offering plenty of privacy and room to get away from it all. The house has been completely updated inside with 5 bedrooms with beds for 13 people plus a queen-size pull-out couch in the basement. There are three full bathrooms (one attached to the master bedroom, one upstairs, and one in the basement) and a half bath on the main floor. Enjoy meals with your entire group at the huge farmhouse table with comfortable seating for 16 people.

Enjoy the brand-new hot tub and sit around the gas firepit on the expansive outdoor patio. Multiple cozy seating areas inside and in the attached sunroom allow for quiet conversations or family game nights.

Great 1st VRBO Experience

I can't say enough good thing about the experience. Everything was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there and the other family members that came over to hangout, cookout, outdoor games, hot tub, and just enjoy the each others company. Plus it was with in 20 minutes of all our other family events going on. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place facilitated wonderful reunion

Family from far reaches of the U.S. came together for first time in 18 years. The house had great kitchen, cooking and dinner ware, dining table for 18 and loads of living and relaxation spaces. Hot tub and outdoor facilities were added features. Quiet area for fun, relaxation and sleeping.

Brittany Hill by Wedgewood Wedding Week

We had a group of 15 attending a wedding in Thornton; 5 different families with an assortment of ages from grandparents down to grandchildren. The house was far enough from the suburbs to make it feel like a country getaway but was actually a five minute drive from Walmart/Target/restaurants/Top Golf/etc. for all the conveniences we could need. We flew/drove in from various states and had all the amenities of home away from home (full kitchen, laundry, outdoor bbq patio). Our host responded to all our requests promptly and was very accommodating to an early flight arrival at check-in. We highly recommend this home, especially for large groups.

Wedding event

Outstanding location, amenities and cleanliness. There were things for all 15 of us in different age groups. We were amazed by the fact that on two nights that we prepared evening meals everything we needed was there. Thank you so much. Your Farmhouse was one of the highlights of our visit to Colorado for our nephew’s wedding.

Church Youth Group

This was a fantastic home. It is in a rural setting but close to everything you need. Close access to main roads so easy to get to events and attractions. Highly recommend for large family get togethers our medium group. Lots of area for kids to run off energy.

Great Place

Had a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked dishes and had everything we needed to cooking. We stay here with multiple family’s for a softball tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone and the kids loved being able to go outside. Definitely would stay again

Great farmhouse in Denver northern suburb

Great stay in the farmhouse with our family, there were five us in total, and we had a very relaxing time over the last week. Fantastic location five minutes to everything shopping, groceries, Target, Macy, Costco, outlets. Also great walking on trails in area. The kitchen was really setup, and the best we have experienced. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Sisters reunion

If you are looking for a spacious, beautiful home with a retreat-like feel, this is it! Easy to get to from the Interstate. This may be the most well appointed home I have rented. Everything you need is there. Loved the chickens visiting as we enjoyed coffee by the fire pit in the morning. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, clean, spacious, comfortable & cozy!

This property is perfect for a large group. We had 7 adults and 5 kids. Enough seating at the dining room table and the outside dining and entertainment space.There were beds for everyone and 2 more to spare. The space is clean, cozy and comfortable. All of the little extra’s were more than I e ever experienced. A basket of snacks, drinks in the fridge, pizzas in the freezer, little notes letting us know where to find specific dishes, towels for the hot tub, games, a booster car seat, a pack and play, and more! The beds were fabulous. If we plan this area for another reunion we will book here again! The area has plenty to do with lots close by, yet a secluded neighborhood. Shopping and entertainment nearby! Communication was great too! Thank you for a relaxing and delightful place to stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

A group of 5 couples stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. We loved the outdoor area and sat by the fire table both nights we were there. There is plenty of space for people to spread out throughout the house as well as a nice living room and dining room area were everyone was able to fit comfortably. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful place!

This was a very welcoming home in a great location! Sitting on the back patio in the morning was so quiet and peaceful that one would never guess they are so close to everything! The owners were wonderful to work with, and the home had everything we needed. We would definitely come back here again!
