Check in was a breeze and the home was well maintained, furnished, and clean. The hosts have something for everybody to enjoy at the house. Our family made some moments at the house we will never forget. Funny, we spent hours on end playing billiards. We can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful house for family gathering

We had a wonderful stay! Spent so much time in the beautiful salt water pool and playing games inside at night! There was enough space for everyone which made it very comfortable for our group.

Stayed here with my 3 sons and 1 of their friends for Father’s Day. We used the pool, the poker table, the ping pong table, the kayaks, and the paddle boards. TONS of cooking necessities. Dual thermostats. Great stay!

Beautiful Home

This home is beautiful with every amenity that you need. There is so much to do right on the property inside and outside. The view of the sunrise and sunset from the pool deck is spectacular. The host, Matt, is so responsive and made booking, check-in and check-out seamless. If we’re ever back in Tampa, we would book again.

Amazing

We take a lot of trip and our past few trips the listing was not accurate. However, bayside retreat was amazing! It was better than the pictures and the listing described. The property was perfectly set up and the cleaning team did an amazing job before our arrival. The host provided great info and fast communication. By far one of the best places we have stayed.

Loved this Home

We had our annual family vacation of 14 here!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!! Great home for all of us. Lots of amenities. The pool, kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, ping pong, and dock were perfect for everyone to have something to do at all times. Location was great with easy access to anything you may need. Plenty of parking also. Matt was so easy to communicate with and made our arrival and departure seamless. Met the owner who was also very welcoming. I will definitely be back!!

Spacious Home for Family Gatherings

This home was close to everything including the airport. Highly recommend this home. Could have used a room for an additional bedroom but made it work for all. Pool was great along with amenities. Only reason not 5 star was due washing machine unbalanced and Master tiled shower a little tired with too many shower jets coming at me. LOL But it is a truly wonderful property and was able to rent the one next door and made it a special time for my son's wedding at a venue. Memories. I would stay here again.

Christmas/New Years get-away

First and foremost, Matt was hands-down, absolutely amazing as the host!! He was very responsive, answered my multitude of questions, and gave us some great area recommendations!! The house is WELL-appointed and stocked, so that was awesome...plenty of pots and pans, indoor AND outdoor plates and bowls, and a great variety of cooking utensils!!! That being said, there were a couple of pitfalls with the house, first and foremost being the 'heated' pool. It's our belief that the heater is not sufficient to keep up with that size pool, consequently, the highest temp it hit was 69 degrees!! We were told, "it's working as designed" multiple times but again, too cold to swim in. The suite with the 'garden spa' while a great shower, is definitely dated and can use some upgrading. The beds were very comfy, we all slept well!! Very nice neighborhood...we went out for Christmas dinner and came home to a thoughtful little gift on our doorstep from the neighbors down the street, as well as luminaries all set up and ready to be lit!!! Again, I can't say enough about Matt as our host...he was awesome. We would probably stay here again, a different time of the year maybe.
