Your cozy getaway awaits in Tampa at this adorable house with 5 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 twin size beds, there's plenty of space for all your guests. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience. In addition, there's a lovely living room with a comfy sofa bed for some extra relaxation, 3 additional foldable pull-out beds available for extra guests and air mattresses. Stay connected with Wi-Fi, keep your clothes fresh with the washing machine and dryer, also stay in shape at the fitness room. With AC and heating, you'll always be comfortable. We also have a heated pool and jacuzzi, outdoor bar and patio with Billard table and TVs available. Plenty of space to accommodate 20 guests. We think our place will help you experience everything Tampa has to offer.

1/5 — Read This Before You BookI ordered a porta potty for my daughter's college graduation party because every single toilet in this "large party ready" rental failed — and the owner blamed us for using toilet paper.We rented this home because it was advertised for large parties. Aesthetically, it delivered. That is where the positives end.On the day of the event, all four toilets became completely unusable. When we contacted the owner, we were told the problem was caused by guests flushing toilet paper. Let that sink in — standard toilet paper. Nothing in the listing, the welcome materials, or anywhere on the property warned us that the plumbing couldn't handle normal use.What followed ruined the afternoon. I dealt with three separate contractors, arranged an emergency porta potty for guests, and spent my daughter's graduation party making signs telling people to throw their toilet paper in the trash. No one should have to do that at a family celebration they paid good money for.VRBO was no help either.If you are thinking about booking this home for any kind of event, don't. The plumbing cannot handle a crowd, the owner never disclosed it, and no one took responsibility when it all fell apart.

Amazing Stay!!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice!! It was so gorgeous and spacious. We had a group of 18 girls for a bachelorette party and all fit comfortably. Ana was very responsive and attentive. She did speak primarily Spanish which made it slightly difficult, but we just used good translate and everything was fine. Everyone loved the house and the location was just 20-25 minutes max to the bars in Tampa. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend working with Ana! :)
