Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the home includes a modern kitchen with skylights and ample counter space, elegant hardwood floors, and upscale amenities. Enjoy cozy movie nights in the home theater or gather around the outdoor fire pit on the newly refinished patio, surrounded by autumn’s colorful leaves—a perfect Fall seasonal retreat!

THE SPACE

This expansive custom colonial in East Greenwich sits on two private acres of lawn and wooded surroundings, perfect for enjoying the changing seasons. The home offers four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a newly refinished patio with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, ideal for outdoor gatherings or quiet evenings as the days get shorter.

Inside, hardwood floors extend through spacious living areas. The modern kitchen, brightened by skylights, features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a large central island, providing plenty of space for meal preparation and hosting. The formal dining room offers a refined setting with a wood and marble table.

The basement is equipped with a home theater, leather seating, and a whole-house audio system. It also houses laundry facilities and exercise equipment. On the ground floor, you'll find a family room, lounge, office, and access to a 3-season sunroom, providing plenty of space for relaxation and work.

Nice Property

Nice property in a good area. Very private and quiet with access to everything in the greater Newport area. Hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or issues.

We had a great time. The management company needs to improve its service. 1. We arrived with all trash bins full - the company obviously noticed and yet didn’t discuss how to handle our trash. We were told it was because the prior renters didn’t take their trash out of the house and into the bins prior to the bins being taken to the curb. Our trash was put out on time - we actually put out the recycling because the management company didn’t realize it was recycling pickup week - but because the bins were full when we arrived, they were again full when we left. We wonder if the next renters will be told that we didn’t put our trash out on time. 2. All bath towels were left in plastic bags in front hall for us to distribute throughout the house. 3. Soap dispenser in first floor bath was almost empty. 4. The outside refrigerators (as well as the grill) were filthy. One of the refrigerators was leaking water all over the refrigerator from the frozen part of the unit. We were told it was the heat and yet the other refrigerator was fine. It should be fixed so the renter doesn’t have soaking wet drinks. 5. We tried to vacuum and the vacuum was backfiring crumbs; it needs attention. 6. The twin bed in the master closet took us almost 30 minutes to open up. There’s something wrong with the mechanics. 7. The gas tank for the fireplace near the house was left open; allowing gas to escape until we realized where the smell was coming from. 8. Ripped screen door and more…

The backyard is fully-fitted to create a dream summer pool party. Utilize the grill surrounded by marble countertops. The outdoor kitchen is complete with a fire pit, barbecue, sink, & dining fixtures. Lounge poolside as the clear blue water shimmers in the sunlight. Or make a splash with a cannonball! The interior is boundless. Step onto the front patio & enter into this fortress. The first thing you will notice is the glistening hardwood floors that stretch far and wide in every direction. A hand-carved wood and marble table sits in the dining room. The kitchen is immaculate & bright. Sun floods through the skylights, brightening the house with natural light. All appliances are brand new & stainless steel. The countertops & central island are carved from marble. Dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, coffee grinder, food processor & any other kitchen utensils you might need are waiting for you here. A home theater system has been installed in the basement for your viewing pleasure. This is where true comfort can be found. Leather couches, recliners, & a massage chair all sit atop the cozy carpet. Laundry machines are located in the basement as well, so you can wash your clothes while you watch a movie. The ground floor of the house contains: a family room, dining room, lounge area, office, kitchen, full bathroom, as well as access to the 3-car garage & 3-season room sunroom. The bedrooms & remaining bathrooms are upstairs. The main bedroom is something out of a fairytale: king bed, 55" TV, fireplace, ensuite bathroom, & connected powder room are just a few of the features provided within this masterpiece. The attached bathroom contains a shower stall with both wand & conventional shower head, a jetted bath rub, toilet, & bidet. The first bedroom down the hall would be perfect for a child or single adult. This room contains a twin bed, computer monitor, desk, office chair, speakers, books, book shelf & dresser.
