Walking distance from parks/pools/beach. Nestled in the the valley between Green Bay and Appleton. 20 minutes from Oshkosh EAA. Great activities and food. Near the Kimberly YMCA and on transit bus line. 5 miles from downtown Appleton. This home is pet friendly with a fenced in backyard.

Take the shuttle from Tanners (walking distance) for a low fee upon signup to the Green Bay Packers Stadium! This is a pet friendly home!

Super clean place with all the amenities. All my guests loved the place, especially the hot tub! Directions on check-in and hot tub were clear and easy to understand. There were plenty of towels and the beds were nice and comfy. Nice patio and outdoor furniture where we were able to enjoy our morning coffee and breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent communication with Jessica!! Good set up for our family of 8 of ages from 21-81 with bedrooms and hot tub was awesome on the cold days. Overall I would have given this place 5 stars but the cleanliness of the home was subpar. Recommend cleaning underneath the beds, game room and something sticky on it, fridge had lots of food from others which made it feel unsure of what we should use, bathroom shower curtain with mold/mildew at bottom, unable to find paddles or balls or sticks for foosball game table. Great location for our Packer game.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend! We attended the EAA Airventure in Oshkosh! Not too far away! The place was clean and cozy! Would definitely stay there again!

Great house for appleton activities

Great house lots of beds and room for our kids to play. Plenty of TVs. Enjoyed the hot on a cold sunny day.

Family Reunion

Overall it was a nice house, in a nice location for our needs. Upstairs rooms did not cool down as much as the downstairs, which did make for uncomfortable sleeping. Fortunately we had fans which helped.

Football guys weekend

Property was great, perfect location for a guys weekend. The recommendation of using the Tanners shuttle bus to the Packers game was A+. Would definitely book this place again.

Quiet Getaway

Our family had a really nice getaway weekend. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the dogs, the fenced in yard was very helpful. The owner was great and answered all of our questions very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Trip for graduation

Our family stayed from Colorado, Washington, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Nice to have enough bedroooms for all of us. Enjoyed the hot tub each night. Within 15 minutes from party.

Packer get away

Place was very clean, with a great stocked kitchen. Only 30 minutes to Lambeau field. Was in a very quite neighborhood. Was perfect for the 8 of us. Would rent again. The hot tube is fabulous

Hot tub and campfire - can't go wrong!

Cute little place. Love that it's lived in and not just turned guest after guest. Love the family artwork on the walls. Didn't get to spend a lot of time in basement as we had someone handicap but the crew loved it! Nice neighborhood. Grill available. Hot tub was nice. Fire pit was great. Ample outdoor seating.

Airventure Home in Appleton

Nice overall but I forgot to ask if owner had a cat. I had one person who was very allergic but the owner did mention pet friendly, so that's on me. Owner is fighting an ant problem by the front door. There was no food or water in that area so I'm not sure why the ants were there but they were. We wiped them up and didn't have any further problems. A little far from EAA Airventure but was a nice night haven from the heat and weather. Also, Perkin's Pancake house was close by and was good for breakfast on the first day before we had our groceries. Good communication with the owner, otherwise, no real complaints. Pretty much as advertised.
