Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A cozy three bedroom two bathroom home. The home is on the ground level which can be ideal for people with mobility issues. We are located in the heart of Old Kensington walking distance from Temple University, restaurants and markets. The Apartment located on the 1st floor.
The space
The apartment style is railroad so all the flow of the home is north to south. Guest will have access to three bedrooms and two bathroom. When walking into the home you will walk in the to living room/ kitchen area with a sectional couch that can sit up to six people. When you pass the pass the kitchen there is a long hallway with washer and dryer by next to the kitchen.

Walking down the hallway, the first door is the first bathroom. Door two and three are bedrooms 1 & 2. Door four second bathroom and the last door is the master bedroom. Each bedroom has 13 inch full size bed.

This is a residential neighborhood with a vibrant community. During the warm months (mainly but not limited to the weekends you will find people: hanging out, barbecuing, playing music, playing cards, and kids play games in the streets.

We do not offer TVs in the bedrooms

The entire apartment and shared backyard.
Other things to note
In addition to street parking, free parking is available in a vacant lot on the Northeast Corner & Southwest corner of the block.

All available parking is first to come, first. There are no designated parking spots.
