For those mixing work with pleasure, a dedicated workspace is available. The apartment is also family-friendly, with a Pack 'n Play/travel crib available upon request.

The property is also situated just two doors down from the famous boutique hotel, The Franklin on Rittenhouse.

With such a central location, many of Philly's top attractions are within easy walking distance. For those driving, parking is conveniently available directly across the street from the property. Additional parking can be found at nearby Parkway garages, located at 1845 Walnut Street or on the corner of 20th and Walnut.

This is a pet-friendly property. The apartment comfortably sleeps two guests per bedroom. A rollaway bed is available upon request to accommodate a 7th guest.
