We were there five nights for a graduation nearby. It was lovely to have three families spend so much time together rather than be in separate rooms in a hotel. The property is in need of maintenance, but it was fine. (Missing light bulbs, holes in the downstairs flooring and chipped in the upstairs bath, need to lubricate squeaky doors, probably just live with the squeaky stairs.) The plastic lining of the mattresses were bothersome at best (One room very loud when turning, other mattresses very uncomfortable with the bumps the lining created.) There is one closet in the larger bedroom available, but not in the other two. Always free parking, but if it is after 3PM, plan to walk a block or more. No laundry soap. No games. Three can sit at the bar, others can use the coffee table. There is plenty of hot water as several baths and dishwasher all happened each morning without a problem. The decor is lovely and in good taste. Adequate kitchen. (Would love a paring knife, but the single knife available was sharp.)
