Private Condo, Central, Travel Nurses Welcome
Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located 2nd (top) story condo. Beachy cottage-style, in quiet well-established complex, has streets perfect for a walk or run. Our host signature is providing an allergen-free healthy environment, including cleaning products, bedding/linens, toiletries, and snack/drinks.
With 1285 sf to yourself, youâll have the entire space including 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living area, full kitchen/dinette, and balcony. So centrally located to anywhere in Greenville, yet quiet and restful.
Amenities include a queen bed in master, and another queen bed in second bedroom; all mattresses and pillows are covered with allergen covers for your health and safety; closet/shelving for your stuff; easy access outlets; full bath with tub/shower combo; 2nd private bath in master with stand up shower, and separate large tub; dinette table/workspace; fully equipped kitchen, where you'll always find organic coffees, teas, filtered water, plus healthy snacks!
Centrally located, but surprisingly quiet as it is tucked up into a wooded area, the main road turning out of complex is a straight shot into the heart of the city. Featuring a private balcony with a beautiful wooded view!
Youâll have the entire space to yourself!
We are 5 minutes from your space, so we are available if you need us!
You may park in any of the 3 unmarked guest parking spaces directly in front of the condo.
We use Seventh Generation disinfecting products/ laundry/soaps for cleaning your space and for your use. For guests staying 3 or more nights, we provide soaps in the bath. All mattresses and pillows are covered with allergen covers, and are washed along with linens between EVERY guest. Organic coffees, teas, snacks, plus filtered water finish out your healthy space. Enjoy! :)
We also ask guests to abide by a "no fragrance" rule, where we ask that they use the soaps, cleaners, and laundry detergents provided, and that you apply perfumes, colognes, body sprays, etc off premises. We appreciate that consideration, so we can keep your space healthy, clean and as allergen free as possible for all guests! :)
Our spaces are allergy friendly and chemical free environments, so we ask guests to honor that environment in the following ways.
The following are strictly prohibited:
~pets
~smoking or vaping inside unit
~use of heavily fragranced toiletries (essential oils are ok!)
~alcohol based colognes or perfumes applied inside the unit
In addition, we provide natural cleaning products, including dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergents, and spray cleaner (mostly Seventh Generation brand).
Any other cleaners are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If you do not wish to use these products or abide by the rules set forth here, we ask that you please find another place to stay!!
Quiet hours: 11pm-7am Please be mindful of the surrounding tenants' privacy; absolutely no loud music, TV, or video after 11pm, or such time as is relayed to guests in check-in instructions.
