We choose this house due to it being only 15 minutes away from ECU hospital and due to our situation we didnt get to spend alot of time in the house other than sleeping. But the house is very nice and the beds was comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and more!! I did get to use the fenced in backyard one evening and that was nice to let my grandson play and run off some energy. The neighborhood is so quiet and everyone was so friendly! Also there is so many restaurants nearby to choose from along with Walmart. It really was the perfect location for us, so thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Check in and check out was very clearly communicated and therefore easy. Kitchen had all the appliances needed and lots of extras. Home was clean and inviting and located in a nice neighborhood and was convenient to stores.

Cool vacation away from home

My son and I came to visit my daughter, and we enjoyed the hospitality. The house was beautiful, spacious and mostly clean. I noticed a few cobwebs and the coffee grinder was still dirty, however the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. A couple of things the host doesn’t provide is a colander, pizza cutter, ice cream scooper, no oven mitts, and there was only one baking sheet as well. I would recommend this host to others and possibly keep this host in mind for another visit. The air conditioning worked very well, as it was much needed during my stay. This host provided plenty of towels and wash cloths, as well as extra comforters.

Great Stay! Perfect Place.

This location was absolutely great. Close to all restaurant's in winteville and shopping( 7 brew down the street) and Circle K across the street out of the neighborhood. Also, not far from downtown Greenville. House was a perfect size and very very clean. The deck and backyard was private and nice furniture to sit on while enjoying the outside. I enjoyed it so much and will be booking again in the future. The owner was also very responsive when I asked questions. This property was A.

Nice home

The home was in a nice neighborhood and the description accurate. We couldn’t check in when we got there because the home was still being cleaned. We didn’t have to wait long, but couldn’t check in at 4pm. The home was very spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable. The coffee bean grounder wasn’t working properly, or user error, but it spit coffee grounds everywhere. I would take my own shampoo and conditioner if I stayed again. The shampoo was watered down and the conditioner was the small hotel bottles.

April Month Long Stay

We truly enjoyed our month long stay at Boris's property. The peace and quiet of the cul-de-sac, the back yard & deck was very nice and the neighbors were so friendly.
