Welcome to this charming townhome in Greenville. Our property features 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this home, complete with amenities like a washing machine, heating, WiFi, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen. Experience a fantastic stay at this townhome in Greenville. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. 2 blocks from Uptown Greenville's Dickinson Avenue Corridor offers that Eateries, Sports bars and Uptown Greenville shops.
All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the night stands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE)
We provide a Coffee Maker that uses k-cups. Please bring your own coffee cups. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.
Guests have access to the entire unit. There are two parking spaces on site located in the back of the premises.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.
There are 6 other properties on this street if you have a group who wants to be near each other.
