Easy, convenient location. Good communication and easy check-in/check out. My family and I appreciated the space and convenience of this will situated townhouse in Greenville. It was central to everything. The three bedrooms upstairs were a good size. My hubby appreciated the large tvs while the kids appreciated the extra amenities such as the games in the closet for them to play.

Easy breezy

Mark was very helpful when I wasn’t able to get my computer connected he helped me get it operational immediately. It was a lovely place homey and pleasant. Only one thing I’d add
need pans in the kitchen with lids for cooking . Otherwise fully a great experience. I’d rent it again!

The condo is spacious and clean. It is well appointed with everything we needed to feel at home for the week - towels, sheets, a well-furnished kitchen. The rooms had plenty of closet space, and there were games and books to help us pass the time on rainy afternoons. Mark was easy to reach and prompt with returning texts and messages. We would definitely stay again!

Convenient Location

Attractive interior with thoughtful amenities for guest such as books, puzzles, games, coffee, etc. Arrived late on a hot day and the upstairs where all the BRs were was very hot in the 80s. It took hours for the upstairs to cool down. The first impression coming in through the back patio was not good. It did not look like the image in the online pictures and this "attractive" patio is why I chose this townhome over others in the area. This area was dirty, unkempt, and not an area one could enjoy. Glad the inside looked like the online pictures. Overall, a nice place but the challenges with the upstairs air conditioning in the BRs would prevent us from booking again in the hotter months. Suggestion, you might want to take the pretty patio off the online listing.

Disappointed, falsely advertised regarding amenities, dryer did not work and property manager rude

Was staying there with a newborn and asked property owner about being flexible with dates. He seemed to be very accommodating at first but needed to modify reservation and was in the window to receive a 50% refund on 2 days and owner refused to provide the refund. Also, falsely advertised there was a hot tub, dryer didn’t work and needed it for newborn clothes and had to end up air drying them. Also there was some kind of animal in the wall of one of the bedrooms and a family member couldn’t get any sleep in there due to it. Would not recommend this property. Very unhappy and unsatisfied. Brought issues up to property manager and he couldn’t care less. Terrible customer service.

Great weekend stay!

We came to visit our kids at ECU. This property was great! It is about 10 mins from campus, well appointed and had lots of nice touches. Very clean. Owners were easy to work with, and all went very smoothly. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family

We were in Greenville for a sports tournament with our teenager, this townhome was perfect for accommodating us as parents, 2 teenagers of the opposite sex & our small dog. It actually would have accommodated another single person easily. The neighborhood was quiet, townhome clean, beds SUPER comfortable, kitchen very well supplied, and the location close to many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores. A good value for a comfortable weekend given our travel group,

We currently live in Greenville NC and Maintain a Horse ranch and Campground on the south side of Greenville.
We love Greenville because of the constant activity and changes in this town with East Carolina University and Vidant Medical Center.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We originally moved to Greenville from Conway Arkansas in 2006. We rented a home for the first year to make sure we were committed to the area. And, this home was our first investment in Greenville. We originally resided in this home and subsequently have used it for the kids to go to ECU and various other endeavors. I love this home and this neighborhood. Established but very well maintained.

Private Patio with Established Holly Trees Provides shade and comfort during nice days.
Kitchen is filled with dishes, appliances, pots/pans and utensils.
Washer and Dryer at your disposal in the Utility Room.
Very good proximity and no more than a few minutes to get anywhere in Greenville.
Wonderful home.
