Well maintained, quaint, 2 bedroom house and less than 5 minutes from Landa Park. Looking forward to staying again.

Cozy Cottage Near Everything

We were pleasantly surprised at the convenience of the property to everything to do in the area. Also, even though it is very near the interstate, there is zero noise (the new windows really work well)! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Weekend in NB

This property served our needs so we could be near family we were traveling with. It’s quite a lot of square footage for the price. Loved the plush towels!

Great Location and Nice stay

We rented the house for a small family dinner to celebrate my sisters graduation. The property was very clean and provided comforts that made it homey. Enjoyed our visit and time together. Would recommend for smaller groups.

Close to anything you need

The property was close the the water park which was our main draw to the area. There were plenty of restaurants and stores close.

Perfect little cottage

Cottage was beautifully decorated, and cozy. Water and other necessities provided. Beautiful backyard with sitting area and grill. Close proximity to everything in New Braunfels. Wonderful stay. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Spot!

This gem is minutes from Schliterbahn and the Guadeloupe River. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores! It’s decorated perfect to give you that home away from home feel! Property Owner was very attentive and had everything in order for us!! We will be staying here again!! Recommend this property 10 out of 10!

Great little cottage!

Great location. A/C was cold in every room. Nice big backyard. Comfortable living area. Perfect for the weekend and 2 couples! The WateringHole next door is a blast! I would definitely recommend this place.

Cottage living

Great location, nice cottage home. The neighborhood is quiet, it’s located near everything we wanted to go to. The beds are loud, I read multiple concerns about it and nothing has changed. Any movement is disruptive when others are sleeping. Overall nice place to stay.

Very clean little house

The house was very clean! Great house! The only downside of it was the master bed makes a lot of noise. Just moving in the bed wakes the other person up.

The house is quaint and clean. The listing reported a hot tub however that was not accurate. The primary mattress needs to be replaced. Also the linens seemed very old. The plumbing seems to need to be updated as the tub water came out rusty yellow. The house is very close to the highway which can be heard throughout the night. The building behind the house has flood lights on throughout the night which comes right through the thin curtains in the back bedroom. The refrigerator is very small which is likely ok for just a few guests. No real table to eat at, no dishwasher available. We ended up leaving early as we were unable to sleep. The price seems to be high for this listing.

Hello Suzanne, I’m so sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. I personally cleaned the house when you left and didn’t experience any rust or yellow water in any area of the home. I replace the towels regularly with high end hotel brand plush towels. The sheets and linens are replaced regularly with brand new. There is a table in the kitchen for eating as shown in the photos prior to booking. The building behind the house is a church positioned roughly a quarter acre away but I will definitely check with them on the floodlights. I’m replacing the blinds with larger blinds to replace the current blinds and curtains on the windows. The mattress is less than 2 years old so I’m not sure how to remedy that other than a new box spring. We had a discussion prior to your booking about there not being a hot tub at the property and the listing was updated at that time. I apologize for the confusion. There’s no dishwasher listed in the description and so the needed items for cleaning dishes are provided. I feel terrible that you left early as I reached out several times to see how your stay was going with no response. My highest priority is ensuring a positive experience for my guests and would have loved the opportunity to have assisted you in anyway possible. I wish you the best in your future travels.

We really enjoyed the house for a girls weekend. It was very clean, cozy and the property manager Pyper was super responsive. The little guide to the area was greatly appreciated. Would totally recommend.
