Walk to Water - Close to Boat Launch - Rotary Park - Garage - Bring Boat & Toys!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located just a brief, 5 minute walk to waters edge and even closer to one of the favorite Italian restaurants in the area, this two bedroom home sleeps six. The first bedroom has a king sized bed with the secondary bedroom offering two twin XL beds that can be joined together to create another king bed, if desired. The living room offers a sofa sleeper that opens up to a queen bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have Smart TV's. The deck has a table and chairs for relaxing outside, as well as a gas BBQ, fire pit and corn hole to entertain yourself after a day on the water. You have access to garage and parking behind gate. Smoking is not allowed inside, however you can smoke outside on the deck (with door to house closed, please).

Our stay was memorable. The home was clean and cool. Although we didn’t bring our fur baby, the home was very dog friendly. I liked that you could lock the front gate to feel more secure. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe our entire stay. The owner was great with communication and answered all questions promptly. Will definitely recommend and book again!

Great property !

We had a great time here ! The house is very nice, private and quiet. Great location as its close to the water, a corner market and restaurants. Stephanie is great, very helpful with anything you need. She thought of everything when setting up her place. Brought our 2 dogs who felt right at home here too. We would definitely stay again!

Felt just like home!

Stephanie‘s place is amazing! Super clean, very cozy, the ceiling fans along with the AC are perfect, and the house is overall very spacious! The house had everything we needed plus more! Our family of 6, was super comfortable and had plenty of space. The garage is a huge plus & check in and out was super easy!She was super accommodating for our additional requests during our stay & is super fast with communication! We Would 100/10 recommend and stay in the future!

Getaway spot by the river

Our stay was really relaxing! The large tub was excellent for soaking! The open layout and garage access were such nice touches. Being near the boat launch made our river outings a breeze, and the nearby park with its skatepark and bike jumps added extra fun to our trip. Overall, this place was a real gem. Stephanie is a great host and was very prompt in answering all questions and requests. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a lovely retreat by the river.

Excellent

Stephanie was a great host. Her place was just as she described it and she was very responsive. It was straight forward and her directions were clear. It was a good location, not far from the water. My wife and I were able to relax while our four kids had a blast. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
