This two bedroom two bath full kitchen is located on the Colorado River between Arizona and Nevada, Bullhead City is an oasis of history, recreation, modernity and relaxation. lost amidst the vast desert that blankets much of the southwestern United States. it’s just a stone’s throw from the gambling mecca of Laughlin, Nevada, bullhead city offers a little something for everyone.

Great place

This condo was perfect for our 6 day stay. Location was great for visits to Bullhead city, Laughlin, Oatman, lake havasu and more. Very clean with lots of extras, such as laundry needs, make up towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. The provided garbage bags, paper towels, etc. definitely recommend.

Great location, close to shopping for food and close to entertainment for sure.. short walk to park area.. loved staying at location enjoyed time with family and friends .. great place to stay and will be my go to when I come back into town..

We had a great time. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. We always love staying in that condo development when we visit Bullhead City.

Nice but needs a working stove

We liked the condo and Paul made check in/out easy. However, I couldn't cook meals there because the burners on the stovetop weren't working. If it had a working stove, I would have given better review.

Wonderful host.

We loved the location of this condo. Close to so many things to do. The building is very quiet and felt like home. Paul was so easy to get in touch with. He just wanted us to enjoy our stay even suggested things for us to do and see. I mistakenly thought we were booked until Friday morning when actually we were supposed to check out Thursday. Paul gave us the extra night for no charge. He knew we were celebrating my husband's 65th birthday and the end of his treatment for cancer. He said the extra night was a gift for my husband's birthday.

Wonderful condo

I booked this condo last minute and was throughly pleased with the accommodations. The condo was clean and well supplied with all amenities for our 10 day visit. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating with our dates. Also getting in and out was easy. Would definitely recommend for a nice place to stay.

Great home-away-from-home!

We stayed here for a short trip and enjoyed ourselves. The condo has a nice, spacious feel and the furniture, including the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! The appliances in the kitchen were clean and in good working condition...we even found spices in the cupboards we could use for our cooking which was a nice bonus. A bit more thorough cleaning in the spare bathroom was needed, but overall a clean unit to stay in. The pool is clean and was in a good location and available for use whenever we desired. Driving into the condo complex doesn't look as inviting as the actual condo is...so don't let the outside appearance fool you. Overall, this was a very comfortable place to stay and we will come back again! Our condo's host/owner was amazing and VERY good at communicating with us...wish there was more than a "5" rating we could give him. When we ran into some issues on our first day, he was more than willing to do what he could to help us out! Thanks!

Centrally located in Bullhead City on the River.

Good location and pool and hot tub awesome. Needed more bath towels. Garage helped a lot due to limited parking.

Great place!

We came here to see family and although there are hundreds of hotel rooms nearby at casinos, renting this condo was the best choice. It was clean, safe, the pool was perfect, centrally located, and the kitchen/dining/living room layout was great for us. I worked at the dining room table, with excellent internet! While my husband cooked and watched tv, the things he likes to do, right here by me. King sized bed was comfortable, and that there were 2 full bathrooms would be great for those that have more than a couple stay here. Once I figured out the door code 😂 I thought that was the most perfect option the owner could leave us.

First stay at Pauls place

Paul is an amazing host. He is very quick to respond to any questions. Paul is new to vrbo and is feeling his way. He will get it all figured out. I vrbo alot and the suggestion from me to paul would be, get a keurig for your guests. Have water, paper to write on, a book to leave on the counter so your guests can see what other guests are saying, more bath and face towels and possibly a table for out on the decks so that we don’t have to put our coffee on the ground. With a little help from all his renters, he will have this down in no time 😊
