Beautiful Condo Walking Distance to Old Town, Enjoy Golf, and Warm Sunshine!

This updated condo has lots of modern amenities while still feeling cozy for families and friends. The two-story unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 full baths, and an extra half bath downstairs. Enjoy coffee or a glass of wine on the private patio in the back. The condo is located within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale which has coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, and galleries. It is also a 5-minute drive to the Fashion Mall which has great upscale shops and amazing restaurants. Interested in golf? The beautiful Phoenician Golf Resort in a short 5 minute drive with several others courses in close proximity too. This condo is the perfect vacation spot for families, long weekend trips with friends, or golf getaways.

The 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo can easily sleep 6 people. All of the beds are super comfortable with several pillows of various firmness. There is also a roll-a-way bed that is very comfortable too. The living room has a large sectional sofa and an over sized bean bag chair that could accommodate sleeping spaces for 1-3 additional people although they are not conventional beds.

The community pool has just been beautifully renovated complete with new flooring and bright blue tile accents. It is a perfect place for kids to play and adults to enjoy the sunshine. Pool towels, noodles, pool bag, and insulated drink tumbers are provided. There are also umbrella tables to enjoy a break from the sun while having a pool side picnic.

Check in time was listed as 4:00pm however cleaning crew wasn’t finished until 4:30. Not a huge issue but I can’t give 5 stars if check in wasn’t on time.

Condo with good Old Town location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this condo. Beds were comfy. Location was good, walking distance (20 mins) to Scottsdale Stadium. Owner was responsive to mesages. We appreciated there being plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dishwasher tabs. Only negatives - it could stand to be deep cleaned. All the vents were pretty dusty and under the beds were dusty as well. I also founds lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Nothing horrible, just things I noticed. We would stay here again.

Quiet Escape but Close to the Action

Comfortable nicely furnished townhouse near the action of Old Town Scottsdale but far enough away to be in your own little world. Fantastic communication with property manager Kim. Covered and extremely convenient private parking. Essentially everything you need for a terrific getaway. Would be very happy to return to this property in the future. Thank you!

A great winter getaway in Scottsdale

The condo was exactly as advertised and just as wonderful as all the reviews that raved about it! We enjoyed being a short walk from Old Town ... each morning we'd wander over to the Sip Coffee and Beer House to enjoy a leisurly drink, people-watch, and enjoy the sunny weather.

Very clean and great location.

Great place for exploring Scottsdale and Phoenix. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We were 5 adults and one toddler. The parking was easy, the pool looked good but we didn’t have time to use it. Just minutes (driving) to old Scottsdale and restaurants and shops.

Kim is an amazing host who really, really cares. What she’s done with the unit is outstanding. Very nicely finished and taken care of. Excellent location close to old town Scottsdale. Really nice big pool. Would go again. Great spot for 4-6 people.

Sightseeing, visiting old friends, and P!nk!

We were out in AZ to visit some old friends and see the P!nk concert at Chase Field, and decided to do some sightseeing as well. Kim is very communicative and the property is very clean and conveniently located. We slept very well and could get to all our destinations easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Football Weekend Getaway

We found the condo perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. I loved the shower in the master bedroom. The condo was close to the stadium where the football game was played. I appreciated the cable television being available both upstairs and in the master bedroom. We hope to stay here again.

Great property, manager and location

Came down with family for a wedding dress hunt, collage drop off and just to hang with family. Condo was perfect for our group. We cooked, we played cards, swam, and just reconnected with each other. Condo owner answered questions quickly and even ordered a crockpot when I asked if they had one available for use. Location is great for restaurants, entertainment, and located right off the freeway. Most definitely will not disappoint.

Desert Palms Hangout - Old Town

Desert Palms Hangout is a great name for this condo. It is an awesome place to hang out with friends and/or family. It was well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful trip. Kim was very responsive and her attention to detail was above and beyond. There are pool towels, floatees, and noodles. There was even a cooler for us to use on the Salt River float. It is walking distance to Old Town. There are great restaurants and bars. The Rusty Spur is a must for live music. We will be back for sure!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The location is perfect for enjoying a day trip to Old Town Scottsdale, playing a round of golf, or shopping at the Fashion Mall. Old Town has lots of shopping, restaurants, bars, and galleries. You can also enjoy a complimentary ride home from Old Town in one of the various golf carts. The ride is free, but they do like tips!

Location is what makes this condo the perfect vacation rental. It is in close proximity to golf, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, and galleries. Enjoy the warm days and sunshine at the large newly renovated pool in the complex.
