You are booking a 5 stars resort for less. This lovely HOME is the perfect place for a getaway whether is a small or medium group of family and friends. Business guests are welcome as well. This amazing house is perfect for up to 7 guests. Very clean and in a good location close to the beach. Fully equipped with A/C splits units, POWER GERERATOR, water solar panels, 600 GALS. WATER CISTERNAS and a gated walking-in entrance and parking.

It is approximately:
* 5 minutes from the airport
* 10 min. walk to the beach or less than 5 min. drive
* 15 min. drive to Old San Juan
* 10 to 15 min. drive to both major Malls (Plaza las Americas or Mall of San Juan).
* 5 min. drive to 24/7 grocery stores
* 2 min. to Panaderia España and 8 min. to Sobao Bakery.

We absolutely loved this house in Isla Verde! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the spacious and comfortable living room, which was perfect for our group of four adults and three children. We also hosted family members who live in Puerto Rico, and the house never felt crowded.The bedrooms were good size and comfortable, with excellent beds that made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring. The location was fantastic, just a short drive from the airport and conveniently close to supermarkets, restaurants, and everything we needed.The host was incredibly accommodating and kind. We asked if we could check in an hour early so we wouldn't miss the FIFA game, and she gladly agreed. She also left water and beers in the refrigerator for us, which was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.We had a wonderful stay and will definitely try to book this house again on our future trips to Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house 10min walk to the beach. Very safe neighborhood. Host is very attentive and quick to respond if any issues. Love the animals especially cats that visit... but there is a rooster 2 doors down.

Perfect Vacation Home for family!

The house was amazing! I cannot say enough things about the host! She responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. We unfortunately had a medical emergency and she was instrumental in keeping me calm and providing me with exceptional guidance. She was even kind enough to bring some groceries that my daughter could eat. There are not enough ways I could thank her. The house location was perfect to eateries and just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay in this house. Thank you again!!

Great property and location!

The house was great! Well equipped with all necessities, the host was responsive and very helpful! Everything went well and smooth with the stay. The location is great! It has good coffee spots nearby and the beach is a short walk/drive making it an ideal location.

Excellent location, close to everything you need. So much spacious and have all amenities you will need. And last but not the least outstanding hospitality by the host Maria. Great proximity to everything San Juan

This place was very comfortable for us, we were 6 adults. The check in process was smooth. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Definitely recommend this place, we will be back.

Spacious, Safe and Convenient Location

We were a family of 6 adults with a car rental. We felt safe and had peace of mind knowing we could park the car on the property. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to cook on the property. Great lounging spaces both indoor and outdoor and conveniently located near freeways and stores. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to PR. Thank you!
