You are booking a 5 stars resort for less. This lovely HOME is the perfect place for a getaway whether is a small or medium group of family and friends. Business guests are welcome as well. This amazing house is perfect for up to 7 guests. Very clean and in a good location close to the beach. Fully equipped with A/C splits units, fans, POWER GERERATOR, water solar panels, 600 GALS. WATER CISTERNAS and a gated walking-in entrance and parking.

It is approximately:
* 5 minutes from the airport
* 10 min. walk to the beach or less than 5 min. drive
* 15 min. drive to Old San Juan
* 10 to 15 min. drive to both major Malls (Plaza las Americas or Mall of San Juan).
* 5 min. drive to 24/7 grocery stores
* 2 min. to Panaderia España and 8 min. to Sobao Bakery.

The house was amazing! I cannot say enough things about the host! She responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. We unfortunately had a medical emergency and she was instrumental in keeping me calm and providing me with exceptional guidance. She was even kind enough to bring some groceries that my daughter could eat. There are not enough ways I could thank her. The house location was perfect to eateries and just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay in this house. Thank you again!!

The property is exactly as advertised, everything’s like it is in the pictures!Particularly loved that this is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to PanaderĂ­a España, a bakery/cafe frequented by the locals and open pretty early. My big fear when booking this place was proximity to the airport. I was worried the sounds of engines arriving and taking off would make it impossible to sleep. They’re audible, but none of the 6 members of our party had their sleep disturbed.Do bring earplugs if you’re sensitive though! There’s the chirps of frogs in the evening and crows of roosters in the mornings. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a group stay in PR!

Spacious, Safe and Convenient Location

We were a family of 6 adults with a car rental. We felt safe and had peace of mind knowing we could park the car on the property. The home was spacious and had everything we needed to cook on the property. Great lounging spaces both indoor and outdoor and conveniently located near freeways and stores. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to PR. Thank you!

Exceptional Host and Perfectly Accurate Listing

Marisa and Ginette were awesome hosts at the vacation rental. The property was exactly as described in the listing, so there were no surprises when we arrived. When the AC unit had an issue, they quickly offered solutions, including a temporary relocation, showing how much they care about their guests' comfort. They were always available and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to their exceptional hospitality! A hidden treasure in San Juan

A wonderful couple of days in San Juan recuperating from a long flight from the UK before cruising around the Carribean. The house was much larger than expected, well-equipped and tastefully furnished and designed, inside and out. Lovely gardens, a well-appreciated welcome pack. The area was perfect, easy reach to the shops, restaurants and beach. The hostess was brilliant in responding to any queries or advice we needed. We would thoroughly recommend this home to other travellers

Girls Trip

We had a great stay! It was wonderful for all 5 of us to each have our own bed! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are clean. We had a power outage during our stay and the generator was running. However a malfunction did occur very late at night I contacted the host to let her know. Within 2 minutes I had a reply from the property manager who came over herself to try to help resolve the problem. Marisa worked tirelessly the next day to have it resolved. I appreciated the responsiveness to the problem. I also appreciated the snacks and beer our host had waiting for us! I would recommend bringing earplugs due to roosters and plane noise. This did help me sleep better. We felt very safe here with the gate that locks that surrounds the house. You can even pull the car inside.

Amazing Puerto Rico stay

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. It was at a short distance from the beach and all amazing restaurants. Marisa was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations.She went above and beyond by leaving a welcome basket with snacks and drinks.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Excellent location, close to everything you need. So much spacious and have all amenities you will need. And last but not the least outstanding hospitality by the host Maria. Wonderful beach house

We had a great time at the property. It was clean, inviting, and secure. We appreciated the beach chairs and would suggest an umbrella for future guest as it was hard to find one on the nearest beach to the property. A/c was very efficient (it’s HOT in Puerto Rico). Would also suggest more face and body towels for a stay over 2 days.
