OUR PROPERTY IS A CORNER APARTMENT ON THE 11TH FLOOR OF THE MARBELLA DEL CARIBE EAST TOWER. IT WAS TOTALLY RENOVATED IN A MODERN STYLE, FINISHED ON MARCH 2021. THE APARTMENT HAS AN L SHAPE, WITH ISLA VERDE BEACH VIEWS FROM THE LIVING AREA AND CITY, LAGOON AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM THE BEDROOMS. YOU CAN SEE AL THE WAY TO THE EL YUNQUE RAINFOREST, FROM THE BEDROOMS. THE APARTMENT HAS A NEWLY DONE FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH WHITE QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS. IT HAS NEW FLOORS, BATHROOMS AND FURNITURE. IT'S INTERIOR DESIGN IS VERY MODERN, IN THE WHITE AND GREY HUES, WITH SOME BLUE AND YELLOW ACCENTS. THE APARTMENT COMES WITH AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE, VERY CLOSE TO THE ELEVATOR ACCESS. THERE IS 24/7 SECURITY IN THIS BUILDING. THE BUILDING HAS A LARGE POOL, A BASKETBALL COURT, BBQ AND GAZEBO AREAS, AND CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND. THE BALCONY WAS RECENTLY OPENED WITH NEW DOORS, THOSE PHOTOS ARE PENDING, BUT THE ENCLOSURES ARE GONE AND THE APARTMENT HAS A SEPARATE BALCONY NOW.

The location was great! Living looks exactly like pictured. Nice view from Balcony. Minor things- Kitchen needs updating, no cold water in kitchen faucet, ice maker did not work, there is absolutely no extra paper towels, toilet paper, TV in master bedroom did not stay connected to the wifi even after multiple attempts to reset but these are all minor. Other than that, place was ok. Honestly I've stayed in much nicer condos for less but again, I will reiterate that the location was key, view and beach were all amazing.

This is basically a great review, since guest loved the unit. She did not complain about supplies during the stay, maybe because we do include in our welcome guide the supplies we include which are: starter kit of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwashing soap, trash bags and a large roll of paper towels, which should be enough for a 4 night stay. In any case there is a Walgreens across the street in case they run out. Regarding no cold water in the kitchen, it is not possible if there was cold water in the rest of tne apartment, since water lines are the same. We will check the TV master, to make sure it is working well, as this guest never communicated anything to us during her stay. Best, Annie and Jorge

The view was beautiful and stated properly. Need more than one dishwasher pod and kitchen towel. Safe area and great beach. As we were taking out our luggage at the 11:00 checkout, the next people were waiting at the door to get in. We told them it had not been cleaned but they were very pushy. A great experience and stay for four ladies looking to enjoy San Juan!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and awesome view of the beach. However, there was a long standing water issue in Isla Verde with water rationing which made staying in the apartment impossible due to the very limited time periods that there was water. The host was very nice and provided another apartment nearby that was also ver clean and spacious but did not have a view.

The ocean side view from the balcony was beautiful. The king size bed in the master was soft and slept very well. One of the twins size bed would not lock so it kept moving around the room. The third room probably was considered a full and not a queen. A little tight for two people. The noise level from the street was loud. But this cannot be held against the host. We were there during Spring Break. Does it happen all the time?? When we did get a hold of the host, he was very accommodating.I do wish the apartment was cleaner than what we found it. The showers worked fine.

The beach is right there! It’s lovely with soft sand. The water can be a little rough some days but always swimmable. Don’t wear anything you aren’t willing to lose into the water because it will take it. Annie and Jorge were very responsive. We didn’t see the sign to not flush toilet paper and water backed up. A plumber was there very quickly and a housekeeper cleaned up the same afternoon. The building is quiet. The pool is very nice, not too busy. The only mild complaint is you need a key to get through several sections of the compound which was just annoying more than anything.

The stay was great. Only bad thing we experienced was the water crisis. The rationing of water was crazy. But other than that the property was worth the headache

Hi Olajuwon for being great guests! I am glad you loved the property and were willing to stay even when water was being rationed! For readers, a 54 inch main water pipe broke causing thousands of water clients to lose the precious liquid. Our condo was receiving water in water tank trucks that was being poured into our cistern and the water was rationed for about a week, at certain hours so that residents and guests could take showers, etc. We offered a discount to the guests for the inconvenience. The situation is back to normal now....

Lovely place

We really enjoyed our time here. The condo was beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 6. It was stocked with all the essentials. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again.

This beautiful condo is in a great location! It’s a short drive from the airport, has a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean, and is close to great restaurants.

Confortable Family Apartment

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in the center of Isla Verde tourist zone. Impressive views to the beach from the living room and balcony, and nice views to the city from the kitchen and dinning room, makes this vrbo rental enjoyable.

Enjoyed our time in Isla Verde. Beach is great and not very crowded. Apartment was very clean and as advertised. Check in and management was very accessible and responsive.
