Prenez le petit dĂ©jeuner tous les jours en profitant des vues spectaculaires et en entendant les vagues qui vont et viennent .... Cet appartement est la vĂ©ritable dĂ©finition d'un paradis tropical.
Soyez au centre de l'action sur la plage la plus populaire de toute la région métropolitaine de San Juan, la plage d'Isla Verde, avec des restaurants, des clubs, des casinos, des hÎtels et des supermarchés ouverts 24h / 24 et 7j / 7, tous à courte distance de marche.
Notre appartement à Marbella, le bùtiment le plus recherché pour les locations de vacances, offre une sécurité 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 et de nombreuses commodités, comme une grande piscine, un terrain de basket, des aires de jeux pour enfants, des barbecues et de beaux terrains. L'espace barbecue surplombe la plage et vous permet d'avoir votre propre barbecue prÚs de la plage. Toutes les commodités du condo sont dans des zones fermées et ne sont disponibles que pour les résidents ou les locataires du condo.
L'appartement lui-mĂȘme a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© professionnellement en avril 2014. Le style est moderne et contemporain, utilisant le blanc et le gris comme couleurs primaires avec le turquoise et le magenta comme couleurs d'accent, lui donnant une atmosphĂšre trĂšs dĂ©tendue, idĂ©ale pour vos vacances.
L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, surtout si certains sont des enfants, configurés comme suit:
Chambre principale: un lit king size et un jumeau et un futon de taille (45 pouces), pour 3 personnes.
DeuxiĂšme chambre: un lit double avec un futon double et demi (45 pouces), pour 3 personnes.
Surface habitable: un canapé-lit queen-size de haute qualité, pour 2 personnes.
Les matelas et les draps ont Ă©tĂ© soigneusement sĂ©lectionnĂ©s pour votre sommeil. Les serviettes sont Ă©paisses et assoiffĂ©es 100% coton. Les deux chambres ont des stores et des fenĂȘtres.
Il y a un bon espace de rangement pour les vĂȘtements, car les deux chambres ont des placards.

We had a great stay! Suitable for a family of 5 adults. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What you see is exactly what you get—the photos online matched the space perfectly, so there were no surprises. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the beach was absolutely stunning—waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was unforgettable. Also, loved the option of the pool. The property was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Beautiful spring break visit

This was a great stay for our family. Amazing views of a beautiful beach and a comfortable place to stay. Very easy access to pool and beach. Convenient safe parking so we could explore the island with a rental car. Would stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Rico.

A glorious week on the beach!

We are so so thankful for our stay in this beautiful space. Jorge went above and beyond in securing a basketball for our 3 sons to use, and they played basketball, swam in the ocean, and soaked up the view every single day.

Beautiful and just what I hoped for!

Annie's apartment was the perfect place to stay for 4 wonderful nights in San Juan to kick off summer. As described in other reviews, it is well-equipped for fun at the beach and was very clean. The layout of the apartment and the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for me and my 3 kids (all tweens/teens). The constant breeze and sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part of our stay! Jorge was in touch with us during the stay and was very helpful. I found the directions for check-in were easy. The security was very helpful in providing information upon our arrival. You can't get any closer to the beach, the pool was lovely and there is plenty of shopping (grocery, pharmacy, convenience stores and souvenirs) and dining options close by. You will not be disappointed by the 18th floor apartment!

Perfect in every way!

The apartment is fabulous, spotlessly clean, with an unbelievable view of the pool and beach. The condo complex is fantastic, excellent security, extremely well located, lovely facilities. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, even making a special trip over to help set us up to watch the Super Bowl on the TV in the apartment. Thank you!

The apartment is in a great building. I would say the area outside the building is more for older kids and adults than younger kids. Host had great communication. Check in was a little confusing. Apartment could use some extra attention to details. Overall, good place and great host.

Fantastic stay! The unit itself is great. As others have noted the check-in process can be a little bumpy, but it is a residential apartment, not a hotel, so it’s understandable.

Birthday getaway

We are a family of five, mom, dad and three sons. We grew up coming to Isla Verde beach every Sunday, especially in the area from Marbella del Caribe to El San Juan Resort. It was the place to be on week ends, so we have fond memories of the area. We still love it here, and now share it with our renters.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property has the great advantage that it is right on the beach, while at the same time, having other amenities, as a great huge pool, basketball court, playgrounds etc. You just need to get on your beach clothes and take the elevator down, and a few steps further on, you are on the beach, while being is a very safe condo, with 24/7 security, and assigned parking space.
At the same time, if you feel like exploring the island it is a good place to stay, since it is very close to Highway 66, that goes to the East, where most of the attractions like Rainforest and bio bay tours are.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The minute I saw this apartment I fell in love because of the stunning views from the 18th floor....I knew it needed some work but the basic ingredient of a great location, was there. After the renovation work, I think the apartment is a true gem, and I wouldn't mind if I get the chance to use it myself every now and then....
