Timber Frame Country Retreat. Close to Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Cincy

If you're an early riser get your coffee and grab a seat on the deck and watch the woods wake up as the sun rises. There are three fire pits for your evening enjoyment, one located on the main patio, one located behind the garage area with swings, and one at the pond. The home is 35 minutes from the Ark Encounter & 25 minutes to the Creation Museum. A short drive to Ohio or Indiana. Also 25 minutes away from CVG, if you are taking a flight into the area. The space
The upper level has an open floor plan. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom as well as kitchen, dining room and living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full. If additional room is needed, we offer a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is also a 58" smart tv in the living room that is also viewable from the kitchen and Dining room. Down the spiral staircase is the lower level where there is another bedroom with a queen bed and a bonus room with a queen bed. Also, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The family room has another 58" smart tv and just off of the family room is a space set up as an Office/work area that has a great view of the pond and fountain. The smart tv's are connected to the internet so you can stream from your personal accounts.
If you choose to dine out, you will be a short drive from countless restaurants.
Shopping is also a short drive away.

You will have free run of the house minus a closet in the bonus room and the detached garage.

Although you will self-check in with the smart lock, if my husband or I are available we will try to greet you and give you a tour to answer any questions.
