Spacious and comfortable. Our family liked the "game room" in the garage which was lots of family fun time. While our main reason for booking this particular home was its location to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum we found that it was centrally located within an hour drive to many great activities. Host was very attentive as I had to reach out several times and I quickly got a response each time. The house was well stocked with supplies and while we didn't have the opportunity to use the hot tub it looked very well kept. Also, the washer and dryer were full size and worked great.

Game room in the garage was great for the kids! Hot tub was a bonus! Two living areas with TVs helped spread out the 7 of us staying there. Kitchen is very nice. Washer and Dryer were appreciated.

Our family was overly impressed with our stay. This place met all the needs we had traveling to this area. We needed a home away from home and boy did we ever. The host was very fast at responding. The hot tub is functional and had no issues with anything. If you sleep downstairs it can get a little cooler but nothing crazy. Everything was well kept and clean.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We went to both the ark encounter and the creation museum and it was situated between them. Our grandsons played the games in the garage in the evenings and we played cards at the table. The house had everything we needed, and was amazing.

This place worked out perfectly. It was very central to both the Ark and the Creation Museum, which were the purpose of our trip. There were four of us, so we each had our own bedroom, and with 2-1/2 bathrooms, everything worked smoothly. This was all great, but the main reason for my score was the unbelievably quick responses from the host whenever I had a question. If I ever come back to this area, I would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT PLACE for Ark Encounter/Creation Museum

The home was perfect. Great beds, soft towels,Safe neighborhood, excellently clean, new appliances & furniture, garage is a game room with darts, ping pong and more!!! High chair and baby gate for stairs. Perfect for a family and us older cousins too!

The Ark Encounter Review

Nice open floor plan home.Great communication with the host.So much to do in the area and at the house with the game that that we never did make it into the hot tub.If need to be in the area again, would definitely consider this home on option.

The home was beautiful and very inviting. The only little things we have any complaints about is: the trash bags were horrible (everyone of them broke when we took them out), one wooden game in the game room was broke and unable to be played and the darts to the dart board had seen better days. We found two okay darts and had to keep rotating them out to play a game. Overall though the place was wonderful, just a few small details that we noticed.

Exactly as advertised. Mom and 2 adult daughters get a way. Very nice nice. Great location to go and see Ark Encounteran and Creation Museum. Close to Dry Ridge where we are several meals!!! Beds all comfy!!! Definitely would recommend to all families. Had a great time. Thank you!!

Beautiful, comfortable home away from home!

We stayed at this property for five nights. Check in was super easy, the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was as described in the posting. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the ping pong table and other games in the garage were a nice bonus. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the most part. The house is relatively close to a major highway so you do get some road noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.

My opinion

The location was great for Ark and museum visitsWe had ants in kitchen but maintenance came and took care of it. It would have been nice to have a list of nearby grocery store and restaurants. There was stuff (balloons and dirt) under the beds and tv stands. We had a good time.
