Step outside your door for gorgeous lake views of Bullock Pen Lake. Drop a line off the dock, or make use of complimentary fishing kayak or Jon boat with trolling motor. Enjoy a coffee on the many seating options on the covered patio, or open deck overlooking the water. Regardless of weather, there are plenty of gaming options available! Unwind with S’mores at the fire pit!
Continue to relax while still enjoying fabulous views from the comfort of the couch! The main bedroom is equipped with a super comfortable King size bed and a Serta couch/full sleeper. The second bedroom includes a full bed, with a half bath for convenience. The bonus room includes toys and many indoor and outdoor games! The smaller couch in the living room is a queen-size pullout bed.

The pictures of this property were nothing like the property in person outside. There was a dark cement cellar area that is very eerie. The day we arrived there was no way to get into the property, the owner forgot to tell us how to get in. The thermostat would not go above 60 degrees to heat. There had been a small “living room” area added on but not any vents for heat so that space was freezing cold and we were staying here during Dec/Jan 2025/26 in Kentucky when it was 19/22 degrees. The owner did bring us heaters to use but by this time- there had been too many things that weren’t as described. The living room tv didn’t work. It was a smart tv but there were no instructions on how to use it. It didn’t have a way to watch live tv or any apps or add any apps. The property said it had 1 bathrooms 
 the 2nd was only a toilet with a sink on the back of the toilet that the cold water ran in it when the toilet was flushed!!

Nice getaway for our 44th wedding anniversary. Centrally located to Ark & Creation Museum. Also enjoyed day trips to Rabbit Hash General Store and local wineries.

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful little lake house! Loved the view of the lake. And it was nice and close to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Beautiful, comfortable, and perfect location

This is the perfect rental for those visiting the Ark Encounter and CM. It’s close and convenient to both. This property is very comfortable and cozy and well stocked. We loved playing darts and fishing a bit. A wonderful experience all around!

Great Stay

The place was great, we had a short stay, wish we would have had more time to take advantage of the property and amenities. We visited the ark and went to Disney on ice, very comfortable and hospitable. Would stay again.

Perfect place

We absolutely loved the place! It was the perfect location as we traveled to visit the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The country setting by the water was relaxing and the kids enjoyed getting out on the boat to fish-and they caught one! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Really nice with thoughtful touches and inclusions

Enjoyed our stay. It was great for the time we were there. Much of the included facilities such as the boat and outdoor equipment was not used by us, but is a great inclusion for those staying longer or spending more time in the actual accommodation.

New Granddaughter

Came to visit my son and wife prior to the birth of the latest grandbaby. Place was very clean a peaceful location. Great location to get on and off I-75 and several gas stations and Dollar General and Family dollar on that exit for last minute essentials as well. We will stay there again!!

Fantastic home for families! So many thoughtful amenities. Even though it was the hottest week in KY, the house stayed nice and cool. There are some steep stairs to the house to be mindful of. One of the cleanest homes we've ever booked! The beds were very comfortable with the king bed being memory foam. The shower had great pressure. The kitchen was fully functional and there was even a counter top ice maker! The lake is beautiful and the available fishing gear was in great shape. Perfectly situated between the Ark and Creation Museum. Lots of indoor/outdoor games provided to keep everyone engaged. Verona Angilos was delicious for pizza and fried seafood. Greg was responsive and kind. Highly recommend to any group looking to visit the area.

Perfect Fishing Camp!

A great place to put your feet up and relax after touring the Ark and Creation Museum. Getting a line wet with your grandson is an experience every grandfather should enjoy before he becomes a teenager and this is the the perfect place to make those memories!

Came to go see The Ark and The Creation Museum. Enjoyed our stay. Only things we would recommend is improved driveway and need somewhere to hang clothes in large bedroom.

Perfect Getaway

Located between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum this quiet place on the lake is perfect for relaxing and putting up your feet after a long day of walking. The host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend this perfect little getaway.
