Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis located one house away from a private beach on Buzzards Bay! This cottage boasts an amazing outdoor living area with terrific views of the beach and the ocean, which includes a private backyard with a large patio with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. There is also an outbuilding, featuring an outdoor kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. An outdoor shower is available as well for rinsing off the sand after a memorable day at the beach.

This gorgeous beach cottage boasts a cozy living room with plenty of natural light, inviting sofas, and a smart TV so you can stay up to date with your favorite series. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces for your family and friends, and then let the dishwasher take care of everything. You can enjoy your feast either at the dining table or in the outdoor dining area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The cottage was clean and well appointed for our needs. We thought the small bedroom had a trundle bed for the grandchildren it was not. We made it work. The refrigerator was leaking on the floor. Hopefully that and the circuit breaker for bedroom gets fixed soon. We did enjoy having a outdoor kitchen & 2nd bathroom.

At the little private beach. Very rocky.

Quaint house in a pretty & good area

We enjoyed this comfortable and nice home with mostly everything we needed in this pretty neighborhood right near the refreshing small beach. The things that could be improved are: fixed dishwasher, counter to put personal items in bathroom, the door hinges need oiling in order not to squeak, and some of the pots need cleaning (my husband made one nice and shiny for the house). Also, the amenities description says there’s a coin laundry, but we didn’t see that. However, all in all it was still very nice and enjoyable.

Rather disappointed with quality of mattresses and overall bedroom furnishings and linens given the cost of rental. Window unit air conditioners were old, noisy and prevented view of water. While property was clean on the inside, outside foliage was overgrown and patio had not been cleaned or swept in sometime.

Cozy and quiet place

This little pretty place is very quiet and comfortable and has an access to a small private beach. The owner of the property was very friendly and accommodating. However, Vacasa created issues with the access and locking of the entrance door. I spent half a day not being able to leave the place and even get food and had to call them multiple times, wait and so on. Vacasa was not responsive and not knowledgeable and gave me the wrong instructions. They did not even notify owners of a partial power outage and issues with dishwasher, including mold.
