This cottage boasts an amazing outdoor living area with terrific views of the beach and the ocean, which includes a private backyard with a large patio with a dining table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts. There is also an outbuilding, featuring an outdoor kitchen and a private bathroom with a shower. An outdoor shower is available as well for rinsing off the sand after a memorable day at the beach.

This gorgeous beach cottage boasts a cozy living room with plenty of natural light, inviting sofas, and a smart TV so you can stay up to date with your favorite series. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with all stainless steel appliances, making cooking a breeze. Prepare delicious culinary masterpieces for your family and friends, and then let the dishwasher take care of everything. You can enjoy your feast either at the dining table or in the outdoor dining area.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
