Écoutez les vagues de l'océan, sentez l'arôme de la mer propre et intacte, sentez le vent de l'océan. Deux piscines devant votre porte. Détendez-vous à quelques pas de la mer mais à des kilomètres des bruits de la circulation. Mon paradis personnel en bord de mer sur la terre ... À deux pas de la mer, du sable, du surf et du soleil, deux piscines prêtes à être utilisées, de nombreuses touches personnelles. Pourquoi le propriétaire a choisi Corpus Christi: J'ai commencé à visiter la Villa del Sol plusieurs années avant d'acheter et j'ai fait mon premier achat dans les années 80.




Les avantages uniques de ce condo: tout le confort de la maison .... mais avec la meilleure plage et le soleil du Texas. Je marche dans les eaux ou plonge dans la piscine et ce n'est pas comme un endroit sur terre ... mais pourtant, je peux rentrer chez moi en quelques heures et ne pas avoir à prendre l'avion, traverser un aéroport ou payer des prix touristiques pour de bons plats ... et du plaisir ...

Information propriétaire: J'aime le soleil, la mer et la détente et cette propriété est parfaite. Je voyage d'Austin pour profiter des plages du Texas. Je gère personnellement, remodèle et vacances dans mes deux condos. J'essaie de fournir tout ce dont les vacanciers pourraient avoir besoin ou chercher et essayer de vous aider à vous assurer que ce voyage est vos meilleures vacances sur la plage. J'adore voyager sur différentes plages, de loin et de près, alors je vous offre ce que j'attends lors de mes vacances à la plage.

We had a great stay. The condos are dated, but this one is in excellent condition. It was clean and fully stocked. You can't beat the proximity to the beach, and the pool appeared to be maintained well. Worked perfectly for us for a weekend getaway.

Great location on the beach, with good dining options nearby; property is in good condition and is very safe. Our condo was very clean and comfortable, and well supplied with necessities. Owner responded very quickly to two issues we had, and they were resolved easily.

Nice Place!

Nothing against the condo we stayed at, but wish we would have known about all the construction going on. We enjoyed our room. Great location. Will recommend and stay at again.

Other owners and the complex management are doing needed repairs but all we can do is limit the lateness of their repairs. I regret this was a problem and I hope all the major remodeling will be done within a short time. Bobby

First of all the day I reserved till we left on 7/6/25 I had nothing but kind,helpfull and excellent customer service. During our stay at the condo everything was clean,well maintained and so comfortable the only problem with this trip was the weather but thanks to all the acamadations from our condo it was worth the stay. I so highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much for everything Mr.Taylor. We will definitely being staying again soon.

Great value!

For the price I paid it was a great value. Small but enough space and sleeping arrangements for my family of five. Beach is just a short walk and you can see the ocean from the sliding door. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway on the beach

Quick beach getaway

It was super easy to book. We had fun with boogie boards on the ocean and a get time swimming in the pool. The fact that it’s gated made us feel safe. Over all for the price it was a great trip to the beach!

Great place

Everything was great, beach was walking distance and we could see from balcony, balcony does need a little work, it felt flimsy as you walked on it but otherwise the place was nice, tub had a small crack and a light bulb was missing in the bedroom lamp. I would recommend this place, very cozy and clean!

Great place!

This property is excellent. The parking lot/beach access gates need a better system but that is not in the owner’s control. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and in a great location. I never felt unsafe and even had a security guard check on us late at night.

Peace on the veranda & water play options

We stayed for the weekend. My son loved swimming in the pool. My favorite part was sitting on the veranda, watching the ocean. It had such a peaceful vibe; I did my meditation there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It's a great location! The host was responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

This unit is small and cozy. This is an older building but the unit was well cleaned (except for the oven) and great beach access!

Amazing location!

Amazing location with beach access! Condo was perfect size for my 4 kids and I. Bobby was very responsive and helped with all issues that arose with check in, in a very timely manner. AC worked amazing! We have had issues with other condos in the past, but I have absolutely no complaints about this one!

Right on the beach

My family had a great time. We had an issue with the pool, but that isn't Bobby's fault. Otherwise, everything was great.

Really Recommend!!

I had an amazing experience! The owner replies on time and described the condo as it actually was. I had so much fun! The condo was on the beach, so it was a short walk to the beach. Overall, the condo was clean and is recommended to stay at.

Wonderful!

Stay was great! Unit had great views, was clean, had a couple small maintenance issues that the owner took care of in less than an hour, he even gave us some great dining recommendations! Next time I am in Corpus I will check if this unit is available before looking anywhere else.
