Détendez-vous dans ce 1200 pieds carrés, en bord de mer, entièrement meublé Condo avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau et une vue de côté de la SS et de Lexington Downtown Corpus Christi. Le lever du soleil à couper le souffle sur l'eau vous accueille tous les matins.

Rénové en 2015.

Situé à North Beach, à seulement 15 minutes de l'aéroport et à proximité de Portland, Rockport et d'autres petites villes côtières. Région connue pour l'observation des oiseaux, la pêche et la planche à voile.

Poisson hors de la jetée (courte distance à pied) ou patauger pêche juste devant votre porte. Fruits de mer frais à de nombreux restraunts locales ou prendre un court trajet en voiture en milieu de matinée sur le pont de Port aux T-chefs pour répondre aux bateaux de pêche de crevettes et d'acheter leurs prises quotidiennes. Une fois que vous préparez votre nourriture, manger sur le balcon (4 sièges sur table ronde avec des sièges pour 2 supplémentaires sur tabouret de bar et une table).

Boardwalk chez T-chefs, vous pouvez louer des vélos, des patins, et des bateaux à voile. Charte de pêche en haute mer ou Groupe Bay Croisières également disponible.

Le condo dispose de 35 unités de la plupart des unités propriétaires occupés. Belles cadre paisible. Winter Texans reviennent année après année et de développer un sentiment de communauté avec les propriétaires sympathiques.

Piscine chauffée face oceon avec entrée fermée. Douche situé au portail privé de / vers la plage pour nettoyer le sable.

Condo est très bien entretenu. service disponible sur une base hebdomadaire pour un supplément de $ 65 Maid. 00 accusation.

Escapade pour se détendre mais toujours à proximité d'autres activités touristiques et de la ville! Le meilleur des deux mondes!

We felt a warm welcome from the host and received accurate infomation up front. The location is excellent on the North Beach, and the view is amazing. Also, a nice warm pool that we enjoyed.

The ocean front view was awesome and the beach was nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and the pool was warm. The only negative is that the unit needs to be updated-the bathrooms as well as the kitchen cabinets.

Our slow time is September, October, November and early December. Relaxing Beach Getaway

The condo sat on a nice, quiet location on North Beach. We enjoyed the private beach access and having sand toys, beach chairs, towels, bodyboards, etc. to use. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool area as well. We did quite a bit of cooking and while the kitchen was fully stocked, some items were a little worn and needed replaced. Other than that, we had a great stay. Owner was very responsive and we would stay again if we were in the area.

Relaxation Was Key

Pictures and prior reviews were pretty much spot on IMO. While the location is an older building and not modern by some standards, this place was perfect for my family. Everything we needed was there, and the place was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Our 10 year old said the unit has “character.” We ate at Pier 99, Blackbeards and Fajitaville which were all right down the way. The beach is literally right there, and being here the last week of July of all things, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We saw people daily at the beach, but this felt private and inclusive. I’m not a fan at all of crowds, and this spot on North Beach was secluded. USS Lexington and the Aquarium are both just minutes from the condo and are both worth seeing. Go in knowing this is not a 5-Star resort, rather a homey and comfortable place and you should enjoy it as we did.

Quiet and Enjoyable

This condo had everything we needed for an incredible beach stay! The beach views were amazing and my kids had a great time borrowing the boogie board, skim board and sand toys that the owner had there. The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was nice and clean.

I am very particular to have people who will take care of my place like it was their own. It is one of the nicest condo's on the property and I want to rent to folks who are responsible.

Now I use this condo strictly as a vacation rental. My goal is to make it not feel like a rental but your vacation home to create wonderful family memories. That is why we pay attention to details that will enhance your stay.
