Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities. We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival. We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival. 1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Great location, great unit!
Everything was awesome, we will definitely stay again. The room is perfect, clean, comfortable bed, great kitchen area. The hotel has shops everywhere and a great bar and good place to eat. The pools were excellent and not crowded. Our new favorite place to stay.

I was very happy we chose to stay here. Having a beach in your backyard you cant beat that. The resort staff was awesome and always helpful.
The room my family and myself stayed in was great for four. Wifi, Roku tv, ac, full kitchen, big bathroom, balcony.
The dining options around the resort were awesome also. Ala Moana mall has a lot of options for food also. Only a ten minute walk over the over pass. The ice cream shop in the resort is open until 10pm is SUPER COOL.
If you have a family I would recommend this place. Two pools if you didn't want to hit the beach that day. The lagoons next door. Fireworks on Friday night and that sunset is second to none.

This is the second time at this resort . We choose to come again as we love it here. Prices have gone up and the Hawaiian taxes are getting ridiculous! We paid over 400 in taxes and fees. The room was amazing..one of the best beds we ever slept in! Completely had every you would need. Not at all like the last time we had a room on the lagoon side and that company didn’t ever respond to us about it being not clean and the bed hard as rocks etc. the company on this room on the fourth floor city view were amazing.Only one huge con….the noise…the rice rockets racing up and down the street all day. Cars without mufflers backfiring. It was very breezy and we would have turned off the air conditioner and left doors open, but the noise was deafening! Never saw any police officers to stop any of this noise or racing. It really is very unfortunate

Aloha! The exterior of the property looks a little dated and there was some construction going on, but it did not impede our stay at all and the interior of the hotel and our room was impeccable and beautifully furnished. We were at the center of Waikiki Beach, so we were able to walk to many places. We had a little trouble finding the self parking garage. At first we thought it was the one directly behind the hotel, but it is off to the east side of the building about a block away. It was a nice parking garage and easy to find a spot. The room was great for 3-4 people. The bed was spacious and so comfortable for two people and the futon was efficient and comfortable too. The room was equipped with everything we needed- We didnt have to buy many toiletries ourselves. We loved the lanai. The a/c worked very well, but many times we would just throw open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the ocean breeze instead. We were facing the street side of the building, but had good views of the mountains and cityscape. The street noise was loud at times, but it got quiet by 11 or 12 every night. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, so we could walk the boardwalk every morning at sunrise and in the evening. The beach was beautiful, but a little rocky, so bring swim shoes. We enjoyed the lagoon too. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again because the property managers made it a simple process and the rent was a very reasonable price. Mahalo!
