Beautiful Guest House/Studio, 10 minutes from U of A!

This newly built beautiful guest house studio in the heart of the charming Washington-Willow Historic District full of lovely Victorian homes and gardens is walking distance from the Fayetteville Town Square with its fantastic restaurants and shops, a 10 minute drive to the U of A, and 2 minutes from the Mt Sequoyah Overlook. It has a queen bed, living room, foldout couch, kitchenette, and modern steam shower. Sit on the lovely deck and enjoy the hot tub after a long day taking advantage of all Northwest AR has to offer (Mountain Hiking/Biking, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, The Amp etc) Perfect for a couple and a tween/teen (no small children due to safety issues concerning the deck and hot tub). Our two cats will greet you affectionately if you allow it 😊. Our place is ideal for two people, maybe one more on the small pullout--3 maximum.

The area was very clean upon arrival. Location was perfect as you are close to Dickson street and College Ave without much traffic. Beautiful bathroom and tile, overall great experience.

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful, and every detail is really well thought out. The location is super convenient to downtown and Dickson, with the added benefit of being on a quiet, safe, and charming street. Check in was a breeze as was communication with the owners. Fantastic stay!

It’s always a pleasure staying at Casa Gato—I love the property! It’s the ideal spot for my weekends in Fayetteville and so convenient to campus. On this last visit, I parked Friday night and didn’t move my vehicle again until Sunday—morning workouts made for an easy route back to campus, and I even hopped on a scooter back to Casa Gato after the football game. As a bonus, the cottage is perfectly appointed—and the steam shower can’t be beat!

Garden oasis in the middle of Fayetteville

The property was tucked away in a garden oasis and especially on a game weekend, the calm, peaceful setting is very much appreciated! The one bedroom apartment was very well appointed, completely updated and has everything needed for a weekend away!

Hidden Gem

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend to visit our niece, an U of A Pom team member. We can’t say enough about how cute this place is. Surrounded by lovely plants, the studio is beautifully decorated, very clean, and cozy. Our host was so nice and very helpful if we had questions about anything! We will definitely be back!

Oasis off campus

We're done staying at overpriced hotels when we come down to visit our son on campus. Now that we're empty nesters, we want to make these trips more like getaways. You would have never known we were Shana and her husband (a Cinema/Theater writing professor at U of A) were terrific hosts. As were their wonderful cats, Satchmo and Ella who greeted us in the courtyard the 1st morning. Terrific food/dining recommendations and only a mile from campus. We're coming back each year our son finishes. So glad we found this place.
