The room you received was the one booked, I have not changed your apartment. We appreciate you bringing the smell and mold issue to our attention, and we will have our cleaning team investigate and address these concerns right away. Regarding the request for an additional hour, we understand your frustration, late check-out, and early check-in depend strictly on the cleaner's schedule and are subject to availability. We regret that we were not able to accommodate your request with that short notice. As for the ants, other guests have not reported this issue, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We want to inform you that the building has regular pest control services.
