Idéalement situé sur l'avenue la plus haut de gamme du quartier du métro de San Juan. Ce studio lumineux et élégamment meublé du 19ème étage est votre maison loin de la maison située au cœur du quartier animé et branché de Condado (en face de l'hôtel et du casino Marriott). Le studio se compose d'une cuisine compacte, d'un salon / salle à manger confortable mais chic avec un futon qui se déplie pour accueillir 2 et 2 chaises latérales assorties. Le mur orienté au nord est une porte coulissante en verre et s'ouvre sur un balcon avec une vue majestueuse sur l'océan. La chambre a un lit Queen (qui peut accueillir 2 personnes), une télévision LCD 32 pouces. Un dressing est situé entre la chambre et la salle de bain. Le bâtiment dispose d'une piscine privée avec chaises longues et dispose également d'une salle de gym privée.

We had such a good time. The room was very clean lots of extra supplies like aloe and peroxide.The view was amazing so pretty in the day or night.The beach was only a 4 minutes walk and la placita was only a 12 minute walk.

Beautiful view of the ocean. A simple, neat, and lovely home. Loved the Condado area, a lot of restaurants on the same street, steps away from the beach, and close to old san juan and isla verde. Would visit again!

Had a lovely time at the apt. Great view from the balcony, walking distance to the beach and loads of great bars and restaurants. I used the pool daily. The apt was a bit smaller than the pictures displayed but adequate space in bedroom and living room. A smallish kitchen but very very well appointed, likewise the beach and picnic supplies were very impressive. Easy to catch a bus to old San Juan, truly a great rental!

This ocean view 1 bedroom condo was beautiful and spotless. The view of Condado from the 19th floor balcony was breathtaking. Check-in went smooth. The location is perfect. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. The host was very accommodating and answered my emails in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Close to everything

Overall area was close to everything. Walking distance to all kinds of foods. Condo was good but it is on a noisey street so bring ear plugs. Great view of ocean.

Exactly as promised — delightful!

The host was helpful, attentive, and responsive — offering a list of local restaurants and other information. Check-in was easy, and went exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lovely view and balcony from which to enjoy it.The kitchen had everything we could need, and the apartment had plenty of storage space. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great trip

The unit was clean. A little small but fine for just the two of us. Easy walk to eat and the beach. No oven or washer or dryer which would have been nice.

Clean and in the middle of everything but that comes with a price. We thought the 19th floor wouldn’t get too much street noise, we were wrong. Other than the noise and unexpected electricity outage that lasted all day, we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Check on process was clear and concise. Ocean views and easy access to main street in Condado Beach area. Public beach access less than 5 min walk and Immediate access to restaurants. Owner provided necessities for kitchen, bathroom and beach. Perfect size for 2.

Perfect Stay Before a Cruise

My SO and I stayed here for three nights prior to a cruise. The condo is very clean, bed is comfy (despite being a queen--but we dealt!), and pool area is amazing. The location is top notch. David, the property manager, is great to work with. We will definitely try to book with him again. Gold stars all the way around. Thank you.

There was no parking, and it was very expensive to park, anywhere. It was advertised as sleeping three. There was a futon in the living room that had no sheets. We had to buy sheets and a towel, because there was only 2 towels. There WAS no privacy as the bedroom had no door. There was no oven, the unit was very very small.I would Never stay here again, and would Never recceomend it to anyone. Bad owner and bad rental!

Decent but not exceptional

Great location and generally quite clean but may be water leak from the bathroom sink as water was always on the floor by a left-side wall and evidence of light mold possible. Also the Roku TV was difficult to operate and no instructions available to help. Correct these issues and we would be glad to stay again. Very cooperative building staff.

Great view

Apartment was nice and clean with a minimalist modern feel. Balcony view was fantastic. We spent hours having coffee and cocktails out there. Would love to come back in 2020. Thanks also for the restaurant tips. Bebo's is my kind of place. David was communicative and responsive when we had questions.

A Great Stay with one Minor Hiccup

I had a fantastic time at this rental property! The location was perfect, and the amenities were just as described. The view was incredible. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. David was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing my concerns promptly. The only drawback was the lack of hot water during my stay, but the host's quick communication made me feel well taken care of. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway, and I'm hopeful that the hot water issue will be resolved for future guests! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Nice unit; great location

Our stay was a pleasant one. The common areas of the building is well cared for. Great location with several restaurants, groceries and liquor including a nearby CVS. We were well satisfied with our unit. It was equipped with sufficient stemware, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, toiletries and balcony furniture. The pillows could use replacements as well as a mattress topper for comfort. We had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive. There is a gym and pool which we did not use but seemed fine. Other tenants were very friendly. I would certainly stay here again

Everything is right at your doorstep.Studio—there is no bedroom door. Small space not for group Why It’s Not a 9 or 10/10: Upkeep Upkeep is where the disappointment comes in.•Front door has needs repainting•Walls need fresh paint•Baseboards/floorboards are worn•Stains on the floor•Towels are extremely worn from over-washing•Futon has no sheets/comforter provided•Bed sheets looked overworn and had a stainWe talked with the neighbor across the hall, and their unit was completely different, spotless, updated, nicely painted, and well-maintainedBathroom (the biggest ick)•Scratched bathroom door•Rust around the vent•Shower has mold and old, cracked caulking•Loose shower head•Mirror is discolored or rusted•Shower design leaks water all over the floor Check-In smooth and easy, security nice as well as other tenants Parking Marriott valet 25 per night. Stay in Condado

This was a great spot for us to be in! We loved to beautiful views and security entrance to get in. Made us feel safe and the pool was a big plus, almost always had sun. The running water does take a while to get hot (not warm), then it is hard to change from there as a heads up! The beach seats were of use to us and they were great. The property manager was very prompt in response time. Be aware that you are in a busy city, you will hear some street noise, but it was bearable. No tv in the living room was weird but truly fine since we were always on the balcony eating food/having a drink instead of being indoors. Shower could use an update as well. the kitchen does not have much counter space but there are utensils for about everything you need. This is a great place to stay If you are looking for a 5 min walk to the beach, private pool shared with the other people in the complex, and great views this is it. The bed is a queen and quite comfy.
