The apartment was darling, and had an historic feel. It's location was ideal for access to everything in town, the park and the river. Though right in town, the property was quiet. Parking was not difficult to find very close by.

We loved this apartment. Inside is very nice but it’s right in the heart of downtown Salida so you feel connected to the town. It was the most fun place we’ve stayed in quite a while.

Comfortable place in the heart of Salida, so close to restaurants & shopping. Beautiful artwork & thoughtful touches throughout. The bed is comfortable - we both slept well.

Home above the coffee ahop

I don’t want to leave a glowing review because then this place will become impossible to book, but it’s the best stay in Salida! So clean and convenient, when we come back we’re staying here next year!

Great spot!

Perfect spot to be in downtown Salida. Two of us were very comfortable..I could move in! Big windows, comfy bed, nice bathroom, great location. Loved it!

Sweetest downtown town big city vibe in a small quaint town. We had so much fun, space is bigger than expected and very clean

Great Location

This property is located within walking distance of fantastic dining, coffee shops, shopping, art galleries, and the grocery store. Nicely remodeled - the kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare a meal, wonderful bathroom, and the bed is comfortable. Will definitely rebook this property!

Downtown Salida

So much better to stay downtown and walk to everything you need. Cool, hidden gem in the heart of town with everything we needed. Great communication and clear instructions.

Spacious flat in the middle of the fun

Stayed here just over the week and loved everything about the stay. Quiet but on the "main drag". Waking up to coffeeshop smells every morning. Very private.

Second Time Staying Here - Still Great!

We stayed at this property 2 or 3 years ago and just loved it. We reminisce about our time there so often, we thought it was time to visit again :) It's amazing being able to walk to all the best things in Salida, and have a great view of downtown and the mountains. We also love cooking while traveling, and the kitchen is so well outfitted! We had everything we needed. A great spot!

What a great spot in Salida. Convenient, cool and updated. Walk to most anything, cook in hit restaurants in 1 min. Great communication and clear instructions from our host.

Great escape

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment right downtown. Easy parking, and we walked everywhere we wanted to go while in Salida. Kitchen was well supplied, we did a combo of eating in and out. Nice views from the living area. The apartment has plenty of room to relax.

The apartment is clean, nicely furnished, quaint and cozy. The location os fantastic for experiencing the downtown, walking distance to everything within minutes. I was initally concerned about the lack of onsite parking, but overnight parking was not too hard to find down by the river park (we stayed thurs-sunday and parking was available all days). Additionally, from a short term rental perspective, the house "rules" were all commonsense and easy to follow, there wasnt an endless list of things to take care of before checking out.

Perfect stay in a great location

We've stayed at several VRBO properties in the past, but never at an urban location before now, and I have to say, we're fans! The location was perfect for quickly getting around town, walking from the condo directly to Tenderfoot ("S") Mountain, and made it a perfect base camp for our week in Salida. Thanks again to the property owner and manager! I would not be surprised if we book this property again in the future.

The door code didn't match the last four of my number but luckily was about to guess it was 6411.Everything else was great! We didn't know where to put the trash but it's all bagged together
