Vous allez adorer cette maison en rangée de briques d'époque 1900 située à un pùté de maisons pour préserver l'aspect et la sensation d'origine du bùtiment, tout en offrant toutes les commodités et les commodités de la vie moderne. This condo deserves it's high ratings. It's a clean, well-kept-up, nice place. It's very convenient to downtown Salida and also to hiking. For us it is definitely the perfect location. Also, the owner is a great guy, very helpful, courteous, and good communication. Definitely an A

We had a great stay, the house was stocked with everything we needed. A very short walk to the playground, river and restaurants which is where we spent most of our time. The backyard area was very convenient for our dog and kids.

Best in-town location in Salida

If you’re planning a Salida stay, it’s hard to beat this location. Dan’s restoration/renovation skills have transformed this 2 bedroom row house into a traveler’s dream. It has all the modern conveniences along with the architectural charm. A thoughtful host, spotlessly clean accommodations and a perfect location made our weekend stay perfection.

Downtown Salida great place!!!

Excellent property

This is an amazing property with a great location right near the River and walking distance to downtown Salida. The owner saved us a parking spot and greeted us at arrival. The condo itself had everything we could have needed including kitchen dishes/ utensils/coffee s well as plenty of bedding and towels. Overall, this is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in and highly recommend it.

What a wonderful property and host. We had everything we could have needed and more. The host was easily reached as he lived next door. He was so very accommodating and kind. The unit was sparkling clean and renovated with all the modern amenities. It was a large space and our dog loved the grassy backyard. The pictures don’t do this beautiful space justice. We will be back!!!

Close to everything in Old Town Salida. Wonderful restaurants, wonderful people. The nearby riverwalk is great for the dogs. Wonderful back yard and deck to relax and pass the time.

Great stay

Nice two bedroom unit located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown with a fenced in backyard. Well equipped kitchen with everything thing you need. Great place to stay anytime of the year. Great restaurants within waking distance.

Fabulous stay in Salida

We enjoyed a month in this ideal place in idyllic Salida. The condo had everything we needed, and Dan’s place and back yard also accommodated our two dogs, which made this as work perfectly.

Best VRBO ever!!!

Property was immaculately clean! Short walking distance to historic downtown Salida and the river. We couldn't be happier with the property and especially our host Dan! Dan stayed in close contact with us throughout our stay and was beyond gracious! The place was very well stocked and truly felt like home-good quality bedding, nice furniture and tastefully decorated. The back deck had a nice Weber grill and was perfect for taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains early morning and late evening. Truly cannot say enough good things about this property - LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Great location, perfect for family of 4

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect and walkable to the whole town. This was my first time staying at a VRBO where the owner lives literally next door and I thought it would be awkward but it's not. Dan was available, friendly, and very helpful. We needed a blender and he loaned us his for the week. I have gotten used to traveling with extra toilet paper because hosts often only give 1-2 rolls for the week, which is not enough for my family of 4. This property provides plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath and beach towels (we used at the local aquatic center). Beds were comfortable. It's great having a yard for our dogs. The only thing not provided that may be helpful to bring are kitchen supplies like tupperware, aluminum foil, ziploc bags etc. if you plan to cook. We would definitely stay here again.
