Located in Celista, BC. On Shuswap Lake and near Crowfoot Mountain- Sledding destination
Many great features of the Sunnyside Lakehouse include your very own exclusive, gated beach with 105 feet of frontage, situated in a beautiful, quiet Bay. The deeded beach front is just across the road from the house where guests will have the use of the large dock and a buoy to keep your boat on, along with a bonus shed with some extra water toys and beach chairs. The mixed rock/sand beach is huge, built with a retaining wall so you can sit up on the higher tier if the water levels are high and still have beach side to enjoy the lake! Bristow Boat Launch is conveniently 2km down the road next to the local store, which also has a liquor store and gas station. You will also find a park for the kids to play at the school just down the road and a market that takes place weekly in the summer months!
This captivating 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home will leave you mesmerized by all its unique, antique and beachy touches throughout. Offering up plenty of space to gather with loved ones and everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. A queen bed in one room, a double/single bunk bed in the second bedroom and a single bunk bed in the third bedroom. On the main floor you will also find a full bathroom, the main Living room, Dining and Kitchen, all with windows looking out to picturesque views of Shuswap Lake. The Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cupboard space, next to the large custom dining table where our guests can host and serve up a nice meal. Alternatively, if your group prefers to take your dining to the outdoors, off the Kitchen is a large covered, closed porch area that is ideal for entertaining. Relax in the lounging area and accompany the chef as they grill up some food on the BBQ and eat together at the big picnic table! This covered porch will provide shade to keep our guests cool, but also wraps around the house to the front south-facing lake side where you can catch as much sun as one needs, all day long.
Head on downstairs to another amazing space for all your indoor entertainment! This great Family Room space welcomes small kids and big kids alike, with Foosball, Air Hockey and a Pool Table! You will be assured to know there is another bathroom on this floor, along with a fourth Bedroom, consisting of a Double/Single bunk Bed. There is also a Laundry area here with a large washer and dryer.
All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! The kitchen is generously set up with all supplies needed to allow you to cook a meal for your family. Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.
Enjoy accommodations while you explore the Shuswap, whether it be a nice Summer Vacation, Spring get-away or some down time in the Fall! Central to many amenities and things to do in the area, such as Beaches, Boat Rentals, Fishing, Celista Winery, Hiking trails, Golfing, Adams River Rafting, Snowmobiling, ATVing and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub - Shark Shack and Sea Store, in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!
SLEDDING - Crowfoot Mountain is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is less than 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!

I am a mother of 4 beautiful children and have a wonderful family. My hubby and I own and operate 3 vacation rentals as well as manage Vacation Rentals in the North Shuswap. Our love for this area of the Shuswap drew us to it and kept us coming back, as it felt like home to our family. We spent the next few years renting out our home and our love for the rental business drew us to investing into it more and expanding our Vacation home inventory! We have so much passion for the Vacation Rental business and love even more when we can make our guests feel at home and have an amazing holiday!!

If it's privacy you are looking for...this is definetly it! This Cabin offers enough space for a large group where you can be secluded from everything, yet only minutes from all the fun the Shuswap brings! It's only a 5 min drive down to one of the most beautiful Lakes around...Shuswap Lake! We have room for extra holiday trailers with power and water hook-up, sled trailers or boats. Lots of room for parking extra vehicles as well. We take great care in making sure our Cabins are thouroghly cleaned and maintained between rentals and that our guests are well stocked with everything they may need for a convenient and comfortable stay. We hope to try make everyoneâs vacation leaving them feeling rejuvenated and happy!
