A Beautiful lakefront townhouse with private beach along with pool and hottub! Great for hiking, boating, quadding, and most importantly relaxing! Fun for the whole family with many activities in the area of the North Shuswap.

About The Unit:
The unit is a perfect sized one bedroom plus den condo that sleeps 1-5 people comfortably. In the unit you will find a master bedroom, stocked kitchen/dining area overlooking the living room and view of the lake, pool, and beach area. The unit feels like a home away from home being equipped with in-unit laundry, storage, and its own patio area with a large BBQâŠbest part is being able to walk a few steps from the patio to the pool, hot tub, or beach!
The master bedroom is equipped with premium bedding, closet, along with all the bedroom furniture you need for a great nightâs sleep.
The main bathroom has all of your basic needs to enjoy a great stay such as toilet paper, soap, beach towels, and bath towels. Feel free to use at your leisure!
Next on the list is the kitchen and laundry closet. The kitchen is stocked up with all supplies needed in order to enjoy a nice family meal along with having in suite laundry to make your time here a little easier and less stressful. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, dish soap, paper towel, garbage bags, pots, pans, cups, bowls, plates blender, margarita maker, oven mitts, oven pans, coffee mate, sugar, wine/bottle opener, coffee, oil, foil, dish rack, scrubber, bounce sheets, dishwasher pods, laundry soap and other basic needs to make your life easier during your stay!
Beyond the kitchen you will find a modest dining nook, which overlooks the living space. The living room is equipped with beer fridge (not stocked unfortunately), Samsung sound bar, 75â TV, pullout queen sofa bed, and two single chairs, and overlooks a beautiful walk out patio, pool and beach area. On the patio you will find cozy patio furniture, along with the propane BBQ (plumbed in to the wall for your convenience).
Finally, downstairs you will find the storage area and unfinished basement den with some furniture.
About the Complex:
The complex is in a great area tucked away from main roads around scotch creek which makes it quite private. There is tons of parking out front in the parking lot of the unit, along with a secure storage compound for boats or quads if needed. The unit does not currently come with a buoy/boat moorage but may be able to make something work if needed (just shoot us a message), there are also other options such as daily/weekly moorage at captains village marina. There are many boat launches in the area, one being beside the complex in Shuswap lake Provincial Park and the other at the marina. The pool and hot tub are usually open from May long weekend to thanksgiving weekend (DEPENDING ON COVID RESTRICTIONS). The private beach is one of the sandiest in the area, adding a luxurious touch to enjoying the sun on the lake.

Located within minutes of scotch creek and right beside Shuswap Provincial Park there are lots of amenities such as pubs/cafes, grocery/liquor stores, marinas for marine rentals, and wineries. Some activities in the area include boating rentals, hiking, quadding, golf, mini golf, and biking. In the winter time crowfoot mountain/Adams plateau, along with other sledding attractions are a must to check out, not to mention you are about 1-1.5 hours in any direction to the nearest ski hill or back country skiing. Some ski hills in the area are sun peaks, big white, silverstar and Revelstoke Mountain.
