Close Enough - Beach Cottage

Relax with family at this fully remodeled 2 bedroom cottage in a quiet beach town community. Take a short, straight-line walk along paved sidewalks to beautiful Bayview Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. The beaches have parking with a short 2 min drive or a 10 min walk from the cottage.

The private front yard is so spacious with a great little table to sit outside, grill and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There is plenty to do nearby in Old Orchard, Portland, and Biddeford.

The cottage guest house is on a half acre of property and the main house is on the other half acre of property so it has its own beautiful space. We have 2 reserved parking spaces for the cottage. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. One full bathroom. The kitchen is small like a kitchenette, but functional. It has a small refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with kitchenware. There is a table for eating in the center room.

This is a quiet community that offers a great place to relax and unwind. If you notice a fire station on the corner, no worries, it is a silent/inactive station that won't disturb your stay.


You will have access to the cottage as well as the front yard that has plenty of space. We have a small table to eat and a grill to enjoy your time outside. We also have a beach cart that you can walk to the beach with to carry all your items. We will provide beach towels as well.

We have the yard sprayed for mosquitos and ticks as well.

We will have yard service once a week, but we will try and make sure its mid-morning if possible to not interrupt your day.
