Vous trouverez ce condo à Wellington Manor, un complexe pittoresque qui se trouve à un demi-mile du cœur de Wells. Passez vos journées à faire du kayak et des bains de soleil à Drake's Island Beach (deux miles à l'est), à marcher dans les sentiers naturels de la réserve nationale Rachel Carson (deux miles au nord-est) et à parcourir des dizaines de boutiques d'antiquités.

Came as advertised. Check in process was very smooth. Plenty of towels and extra sheets. Liked the convenience of on site laundry. Close to beaches very centrally located. Floors needed to be cleaned a little bit better. Everything else was clean.

Decent space. Close to the beach. Smells like old cigarette smoke inside but if you can get past that it’s worth the money and decent stay. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Shower pressure was amazing! Pool is extremely cold so don’t book just for that reason though.

Maine coast half marathon

My friend and I stayed here for the Maine coast half marathon. The location was ideal and the property was clean. There was a lack of air flow because of the set up but we opened the porch door and were able to get a nice breeze and listen to the thunderstorms that afternoon. The tv did not work or connect to cable and there were not plugs next to each bed. Otherwise we would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was nice accept there was a couple things like I asked for no feather pillows and there was two on each bed so broke out. There was some mold on shower head.

I did not dislike it . It was ok the outside was nice the inside of condo was awful desperate need for update . The furniture and furnishings were ancient dark and gloomy . Location was ideal for our travels, and a plus to be close by to local restaurants. Comfort wise, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and small. you cannot fit two adults comfortably on the bed, leading to poor sleep the whole vacation. With no windows, the only option for fresh air is opening the screen door, which lead us to find that the back door to the property was left unlocked upon arrival. Due to the rain, my partner and I decided to watch a movie from the clubhouse on the dvd player provided, but the dvd player did not work. Thankfully the local cable channels worked. Side note, the listing says 3 double beds, when there are only 2(they weren’t needed obviously but still worth editing). Overall, the visit was convenient, but uncomfortable. I would not plan another stay here unfortunately.

Wells retreat

The location of this property was very convenient for a small family looking for a getaway. The grounds we met very nice. The interior of the condo was quite musty. The comforters were stained and had a mold like odor to them. The bathroom toilet seat was broken off and requires careful “balancing” during our stay. The floors were in need of cleaning. The home was equipped with basic amenities and did provide a convenient base to enjoy the Maine activities and beaches. The unit would do rather well with a thorough cleaning and updating of bedding and bath towels and bathroom hardware.

Very clean! Bare bones

Place was SUPER clean, easy to access, and a 3 second walk to the pool. T.V. easy to use. LOTS of towels. Great location, restaurants and shops near by. 3 things I did not love: 1. The sheets and pillows low quality and itchy. 2. The screen door from the back porch was down and stored awkwardly inside the back porch. 3. No windows so not much ventilation. Not sure If there's an AC?

The only thing that upset me was that the slider to the porch curtains were broke and I had to hang

The sliding door drapes were broke and did not cover half the window so I had to hang a blanket over them at night I thought that was a little odd
