The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our visit. It was cozy, close to everything, and far enough off the road that it was quiet. Will plan to book here again when back in the area.

Adorable, rustic beach cottage. Really appreciated the ease of access and parking. Our cottage was small but we had what we needed. It was very easy to get to shopping, beaches, places to eat, etc. In addition the hosts are so kind. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stacy and Chip, the owners were very kind gave us ideas of where to eat and pet friendly locations where to go with our dogthe cottage was exactly as advertised, and we stayed a week and loved every moment, if you’re looking for a pet friendly and close to beach and friendly people and this is the place

Great visit

We had cabin 5 and it was very quaint! We loved it. The area was very quiet. The pool looked great (we did not use). Will stay here again. Although we never met the owners they were very pleasant to deal with.

Great location, everything we needed.

Spent a week in Wells, this was a great location, close to Beach’s. This unit is great for 2 people, very nice property owners. We will be staying again.

The little cabin and the grounds was everything we expected and needed for a little mother/daughter get away. It was fun to walk across the street to the food truck and live music and an easy drive to the beach and all the local activities. There were only a few quirky things in the cabin like the sliding bathroom doors not giving you complete privacy and that the kitchen sink is the only sink but nothing that would prevent us from returning.

Moonrise behind the sign, located right on Rt One with easy walk to convenience store, mini golf, donuts and food trucks

Super cute little cottage, very close to the beach

Had a great time We met the owner Chip and the dog Lilly, a beautiful St. Bernard. It's so hard to find pet friendly places. The other guests were really chill and no one was loud . Most were repeat guests. The pool was pristine. We would definitely return!

Dog friendly, food trucks, and peaceful

Its hard to find dig friendly places, that feel like home, and are at a value. This location right across the street from the food trucks at Congdon's after dark is a perfect foodie get away. Our cottage was cozy and quaint.

Location and price!

Lovely little cottage just right for two people and two pups. Excellent location, very nice hosts/owners. Ultra clean pool on location. A plus that pets are welcome. Will come back soon!

Easy access

Location was perfect for what we were Looking for. Set back off rte1. Beach was short drive, plenty of restaurants, mini golf and supermarket were very close. Great stay!!

Lovely Getaway

The cottage was just as described. Cute & small with all the necessities. It is walking distance from plenty of things and a short drive to the beach. Plus it’s dog friendly with a great yard to use.

I was surprised it was located right on a busy post road, but it is set back enough that it’s still enjoyable. Easy checking in they do everything for you.
