Mountain Property with amazing views and close to Bozeman
Enjoy the Bridgers in this peaceful unit, 1/2 of a duplex building. The 2-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit has a full kitchen, and a gas fireplace. It boasts amazing views of the Bridger Mountain range. Easy access to Bridger Bowl and Crosscut Mountain Sports Center. A 20 minute drive from downtown Bozeman. Fantastic views and full of natural light. Incredible mountain views from inside or outside on the two decks. A special location access the best of the Bridgers.
The unit includes 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The bedrooms are located on the third floor.
The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, and a sliding door with access to a small deck. The main bathroom has a shower with a perfect view of Bridger Lift, but no tub.
The second bedroom has queen and twin beds, ceiling fan, and an adjacent full bathroom with a tub and shower.
The second floor has a queen size futon in the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan. A large dining area sits next to the fully equipped kitchen. There is a small bar area with a beverage refrigerator. The second floor also has a half bath. The second floor is a great space to play a board game, do a puzzle, or watch a movie, while it is snowing outside.
The first floor has a large entry area to store all your gear when you walk in. The first floor also has the washer and dryer unit.
Located in the Bridger Pines subdivision, adjacent to Bridger Bowl Ski Area and the Crosscut Mountain Sports Center. This is a small subdivision of homes nestled in a quiet wooded area. Easy access to Bridger Bowl and Crosscut Mountain Sports Center.
This unit is a 20 minute drive from Downtown Bozeman; and a 35 minute drive from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. A 4-wheel-drive or AWD vehicle is required in the winter months. The unit is a quick 5 minute walk to Bridger Bowl Ski Area. In the summer months, numerous hiking and biking trails are right at your front door.
The host lives locally in Bozeman, since 1992. Check-in is done via smart lock on the front door. The driveway and parking area are plowed but quests will be responsible to shovel the entry area and in front of the garage. The decks will need to be swept off occasionally in larger snows.
