Did you grow up walking all the way around the inlet from the beach to the inland waterway where you can cast your line from the tip of the island and watch showstopping sunsets? Located on tranquil, family friendly North Topsail Beach “My Happy Place 2.0” is just the place to recreate those memories anew for your own family. A quiet residential street allows kids to safely ride their bikes, skateboards or try their luck at crabbing in the salt marsh wetlands lapping at your backyard. A short jaunt from the end of your street will have the kids swimming in the waves in no time. Come together in our large wraparound porch and open floor plan for family time. Sneak a quiet early morning coffee on your ensuite back screen porch with just the adults.



Ground Level:  Covered parking under house and private driveway parking up to 3 vehicles. Shaded picnic and grilling area under house. Grill. Private hot water outdoor shower. Porch swing at front steps. Grassy back yard borders marshy wetlands. Front or back stairs to Level 2 wraparound deck.



Level 2: We are a one story duplex on pilings.



Living Room: sofa and loveseat, side chairs, wide screen streaming TV, doors to front yard sun deck, stacked washer and dryer.

Dining Room: dining table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2.

Back Yard Screen Porch: sunset marsh view, pub table vignette, cushioned seating for 4, ceiling fan enter from primary bedroom or queen guest room.

Primary Bedroom Suite: doors to back yard screen porch

Primary Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, single vanity, toilet

Queen Guest Room: queen bed, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan, doors to back yard screen porch

Shared Hallway Bath: granite topped single vanity, step in shower, toilet

Family Bunkroom: twin over twin bunkbed, queen bed,



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: One Dog Only Allowed. Call to make pet payment.



We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail.
